They've also had mass stabbings within schools, so the braindead take of "no weapons" is quite null even if you believed that you 100% wouldn't end up with a gun if you really wanted it. But weebs don't know anything about Japan anyway, so it's moot to even bring any of that up to him or similar ilk.

How many times has he sympathy baited for this cat's supposedly imminent death? As far as I know, he's never actually said she has a specific sickness, just a lot of "oh she might be getting sick, oh I might have to put her down, oh I don't know if I can handle that." It's mind blowing that chibi is somehow a decent salesman. Almost to the point of disbelief lol, I can't begin to imagine a scenario where this greasy doofus is able to convince anybody to buy anything.
