The most important part is she's an Ashtar Command cultist. I'm always for learning more about cults, even if she does a lot of boring spamming in addition to the occasional interesting thing. The spamming is mostly skimmable anyway. She also is mad at her ex for apparently converting to Islam and supposedly doing some kind of Islamicate black magic with pig's blood. Given that kind of thing actually features in the Picatrix and usually she's completely deluded, that seems accurate to me. I'm guessing this is what happens when you do Shams al-ma'arif al-kubra and Picatrix stuff. Kids, don't do that. Ars Goetia was bad enough for Kiwi Farms and that's nowhere near the same level as Shams al-ma'arif al-kubra, though to be fair, Picatrix isn't either, even if it's still a lot grosser than drawing some demonic seals.

Honest question though, what can even be done? If you magically got her to take meds, I imagine it would still take weeks or months to drag her out of her retarded fantasy beliefs. And even if you managed that, she probably has lingering issues related to her divorce (?) and everything else that would drag her back. If and when she miraculously becomes a normal functioning adult, she's dug herself into a hole that will take months or years to escape with regards to her home and career and the "being known as a retard" thing.

This is assuming she hasn't gotten irreversible brain damage from whatever the fuck she's doing.

She's in a cult and married another guy who appeared to be in a different cult. Even if someone fixed her brain she would just damage it again. Cults should probably be considered different than just mental illness alone even if many people in cults are also pretty psychotic. Non-psychotic people also have all sorts of religious and even magical beliefs, just not ones that are obviously delusional like Lizzy here, and I think that's been the problem all along. Minus the space ninja thing, most of her beliefs like magic are things people who aren't raving schizophrenics also have. Just most people who aren't psychotic only believe in magic or other supernatural things when there isn't direct evidence against it, and the space ninja thing is officially sanctioned by a cult so it's hard to treat that as just her being psychotic even though I think it is psychotic, it's just psychosis that someone else has helped shape a bit.
