I've said it before and I'll say it again, I don't think it's structurally stable enough.
I think anyone who has an old-but-healed wound of a certain size understands that the tissue is "delicate". This goes for scars, burns, etc. It may be secure, maybe even pretty durable, but it "feels" vulnerable. It doesn't feel sexy, it feels like something you need to defend and protect.
Hell, even I have one, and even the thought of rubbing on it with something as simple as like... a rubber eraser or something gives me the heebiejeebies.

This is sadly true. One of the purposes of masturbation is that you learn to know your own body and what is what you get when you have sex. There have been people who never had orgasms before sex and discovered them when they finally had a partner. For some it was a pleasant (npi) surprise, while I suppose some others probably freaked out. That was a plot in Desperate Housewives. The closest example is the scar you get after a c-section. Once you've had one, doctors don't recommend you to have a normal vaginal birth for your next kid. They tell you "it's never going to be the same" and indeed, the risk of opening the wound is there, even after years of being properly closed and healed, something Jazz' "vag" is not.
