Also on the note of Tater Tot, his simps act like him being under House Arrest means he's "going free"...about that, Captain Francesco Schettino, the guy who was in command of the Costa Concordia during the infamous disaster? Yeah, he was placed under house arrest too. He was later sentenced to 16 years in prison, starting in 2017, where he remains to this day.

If anything, I'd dare say the Romanians letting him stay under House Arrest is setting him up to be fistfucked later on. You know they have his house bugged to hell and back and they're monitoring him as many ways as they possibly can. Let's also not forget that Tate already has tried to scare his ex-slaves into recanting their statements and he's tried as hard as he could to be allowed to flee to Dubai. In short, I think the Romanians know he's going to fuck up and do something stupid, and they're planning on snatching his ass back up the moment they catch him in the act.

I know I'm late to this but South Park did a pretty damn bad job at parodying Tate in a recent episode. They have none of his weird mannerisms, his weird hybrid English+American accent or fucked up facial expressions. It's like they didn't do the research and didn't know how to use him well in the show. Just shit overall.

I'd consider buying one just to see what the quality of the shirt is; but I'm not paying over $30 for something I'd put in my closet and never look at. Fucking DSP has more loyal paypiggies than Tate. Although... if @Null is ever able to accept gifts again, I'd get him one for a birthday present.

Yeah it was a weak parody of Tate, like Tate has so much that one can make fun of him for, but they missed it beyond him being a human trafficker who preaches pro-masculinity talking points.

There's so many potential easy sketches they could have made with him being a grifter, so I'm honestly baffled that this was all they could come up with.

Because it's fun to trigger muslims in a thread by someone who mostly just has muslim fans left.

I've noticed with the last 5 years or so, internet content has gotten so consolidated that everyone is constantly looking out for new content. This started with stuff like internet blood sports, where anyone with some name recognition could shout insults at each other for content. It always struck me as "dancing with the stars", an activity that was completely uninteresting unless it was someone you knew a bit before.

And when a new flavor of content arrives, every single podcast invites the same person. Suddenly that korean woman is everywhere. For gaming streamers its dr K, where everyone can do their public therapy stream. Free content.

And it's exactly like that with Tate. Most people that cover him aren't actually that interested in him. When your only claim to fame is your sudden fame, that's just a very empty thing. And one of the things that made him compelling was this aura of strength that he tried to project. He talked about his secret network, about bribing politicians, and so on.

But I think him being put in jail with impunity for months and then released in house arrest with conditions of what he can say and who he can talk to will completely destroy that image.

Even in his vice documentary he did the tough talk of "go into the wrong place and my security will shoot you" to the reporter, but the police had an easy time apprehending him and keeping him it seems.

He seemed very much a poison pill to support. The dutch politician who mentioned him got trounched in the elections. People like pearlythings get trounched by Destiny because he's better informed about him.

So it's going to be fun to see how he copes with that reality and what's going to be his rebranding.

Which, sorry Tater Tot simps, a government can do that if the money that purchased them was obtained by illegitimate means. Human trafficking and sex slavery is illegal in the EU, ergo, all of Tate's money he obtained from such illegal activities is forfeit, along with any assets purchased with that money.
