Yeah, the Founding Fathers legit fucked up by not defining what a "speedy trial" actually is. If they wrote "within 90 days" Leftists would have to redefine the definition of a day.

Also, this is why Trump will be fine. The law in question doesn't state it as a requirement because it's a clear cut -constitutional- requirement. One of those, "So obvious and clear cut it doesn't have to be said" things. Basically, he invalidated his own indictment charge -because- he failed to state the actual crime.

His lawyers were no doubt begging for this to take as long as possible. Gives him all the time possible to use this. I had actually expected them to do this quicker because the longer it goes on the more he can milk it.

His crime is he made the rich and power elites of this country slightly uncomfortable.

In today's day and age, that's practically terrorism.

And to this day I'm astounded they didn't have the five brain cells to rub together to try and subvert him.

Yes, I know, money wouldn't work. But fucking hell, the man's ego generates its own gravitational field. He's not a conservative, at BEST he's a Rockefeller Republican and more accurately a NY Democrat. They should've had this in the bag five minutes after the polls closed: go suck him off till he sees it our way.

But because he'd derailed their campaign with defeating Hillary Clinton, they just couldn't let go. It didn't occur to them to subvert the challenger. And so they opted to try to destroy him instead. Except nothing worked!

In a way their egos are just as big as Trump's. The difference is Trump is open and honest about how much he loves the spotlight and freely admits his own ego is a big deal.

Will there be a trial and will it be televised? One thing for sure, the Marxist Democrats out to get Trump would like to see a grand spectacle where exculpatory evidence is suppressed while the Soros prosecutor—Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg—exaggerates manufactured evidence that he has stitched together like a Frankenstein monster.


Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg claims he has a solid case against Trump. In reality, his case is made up of banana republic political prosecution. This mockery of justice has not gone unnoticed by the American people. Current polls show that President Trump has his biggest lead in the Presidential race in the GOP.


The corporate propaganda media will be sure to say the word ‘historic’ countless more times. They use that word in the hopes that it will somehow add legitimacy to the prosecution’s case. In reality, Bragg has no case. There never was a case. Still, Bragg ran for his position on the promise of ‘getting Trump.’ That alone should have barred him from office. Prosecutors are supposed to gather evidence of crimes and present cases to court based on the evidence only. They are not supposed to invent evidence. Bragg is the one who should be prosecuted.



Expect the show trial to increase Trump’s popularity, but the danger is they will railroad him by means of a guilty verdict no matter what. Trump’s attorney’s should request a change of venue. New York City is completely corrupt.

I’m pretty sure at that point Trump would have a creative solution called “Arresting him for abuse of power.”

Can’t make rulings from a cell, and Trump can schedule the hearing years down the line, just to send a message to the Judiciary. Do you think Clarence Thomas won’t help with that?
