I suppose had I brought it up with the place (a realtor) I suppose I could get some info on who painted their signage unless that mascot happens to be theirs. The same message appears on the opposite side of the building, though the animal doesn't appear anywhere on that side (probably because there's a window in the way).

Looks like a really badly drawn fox to me. The tail and coloration gave it away. Either way, that's a joke of a mascot, and looks like something from an idiot's furaffinity page.

Oh I bet. I just couldn't tell from the head alone (the way his ears are obscured by that cap). I didn't look like a fox to me.

As a follow-up to my previous photos, I went back to that place while it was open. Turns out it was a dog after all, namely a dingo. I should've known that this little item I failed to notice on the front window.

The owner must have an Aussie hard-on as he has a vanity license plate stating "DINGO 1" in his office and offered silly plastic boomerangs as freebies at the door. He did give me the name and e-mail address of the guy who painted his building, though I don't feel like pushing this further.
