I smell

I’m sick of smelling bad. I swear I smell like a urinal. I have wound separation at the vaginectomy site and a fistula at the vaginectomy site so it sucks and I can’t seem to smell clean. I take a shower everyday and I use a peri bottle every time I use the bathroom but the smell stays. I’m just annoyed. The wound separation is healing nicely and I know it just takes time but the smell is driving me crazy. Any advice?

I have reached the point where I believe that this "surgeries" should be prohibited-yes, also for adults. I want doctors to admit that, at this point in time, we are not able to create a functioning vagina/penis. I want genuine, psychological help, extended to everyone suffering from gender dysphoria.

this level of dedication and time that they need for their bathroom breaks reminds me of how incontinent senior citizens are often in need of nurses to help them with bathroom needs. and we all know that isn't quick either. it's gross, hard, often unforgiving work.

imagine how this generation of troons will fare if they don't commit suicide and make it to old age? what kind of nightmare scenario will it be to go to the bathroom then? if they're disowned by their family, and are most likely single, no one is gonna hire a nurse or put them in a nice retirement home. they might still be addicted to the internet and posting their photos, so we'll have to see til then.

pooner dick will eventually fall off though. there is no way one of those things can last more than 10 years max before necrotizing or developing some flesh eating disease because we all know these autistic girls don't practice hygiene and have piss fetishes. stinkditches on the other hand i predict will eventually become closed shut like when someone doesn't wear earrings for a while.

Pee is stored in the balls

Funny title, not so fun story. I had my cath removed yesterday morning and the first 3 times i peed everything went well. When i peed for the 4th time i suddenly felt a very sharp burning pain on the left side of my scrotum. When i looked at it, it was swollen to about 5 times the original size.

First i thought i popped a blood vessel or something but when they drained it they discovered it was actually pee. I developed a fistula between my urethra and scrotum and now have a SP cath for 3 weeks. So yeah thats the story of how my pee was actually stored in my balls lmao, cant recommend tho, its funny for the meme but fucking painful

i'm sorry, I can't get past the massive man face and discarded kitchen mop he's decided to put on his head and call a wig.

To his credit, it's not a wig, it's box braid extensions. You can see the hair parting that lets you view the scalp. From the looking of the roots they've probably been in for a month; it's at the end of it's life. Honestly thats more effort than most troons put in, box braids can take about 4-5 hours to install and cost about $250 + cost of hair. HOWEVER he went with a messy style where some sections are braided halfway, and others look like the extensions are just crocheted in to give a boho look. Those dont have a long life and you need to properly care for it so it's doesn't look like a rats nest. He's probably clockable on the state of his hair alone.

I agree, if we are operating solely on the fact that SRS is supposed create a successful vagina/penis than it has failed miserably. For someone that has several mental problems, preforming a surgery with high complication rates which can lead to more issues, lifelong ones, is not healthy or a viable treatment option. Medical advancements just are not there yet and probably wont be for 10 years. The best thing for troons is just to adapt to their real gender. No, thats not conversion therapy because you're not a woman, just a mentally ill man.

It really is all so tiresome.

frustrating ER update

the last few days i have been in the ER (now the ICU) due to what i and a few other doctors believe is most likely sepsis from my surgeon leaving my dead tissue in graft for 3 weeks. it’s definitely something infected in my blood with how low my blood pressure was. i showed up with every single symptom. so far the time entire stay every other doctor who has came to see me makes up another reasoning and shit that isn’t relevant and doesn’t believe any of my reasoning. my blood pressure is very low and i keep telling them it’s gonna stay low until the dead tissue is out because i know that’s the problem and they don’t listen. i’m so tired.

i’m either discharging myself or leaving today since i either have to now try to transfer back to my surgeon in cleveland who obviously isn’t great either but at least he will listen and remove the dead tissue and take care of the problem. it doesn’t seem any of the stuff they are doing is helping and i’m not sure more what to do. i kinda regret admitting myself and it sucks.

in 2 days i go back so they cut all the dead muscle and tissue out but they are unfortunately discharging me the same day, doing no wound vac (which is odd), and not monitoring it which is the first mistake they made with my graft the first time. i am scared to go back since i don’t trust them and it’s crazy they are discharging me hours after surgery but i truly am hoping for the best. i have no idea how painful and what that recovery will be like

Looked like they diagnosed her beforehand with either necrosis or sepsis and now that she's in the ER they don't think that now so they didn't cut any tissue out?

Some doctors really are dicks, but when "trans" people complain that doctors don't care or don't believe them, I'd bet the troon is insisting on things, over-explaining, and basically acting like a hysterical maniac, and the doctor just doesn't take the bait. If they're quietly nodding and taking notes, not being "affirming" enough of everything, or responding to the troon's ideas of what is wrong with comments like "could be" or "we can look into that," the troon reads this as not caring, not believing them, etc.

Every time one complains about a doctor they saw outside of the butcher's, I imagine it's a somewhat competent doctor who is stunned by the mess that shambled into their office and wants nothing to do with these characters. Imagine being a normal-ass doctor and not a greedy butcher, and a woman who amputated her healthy breasts comes in with facial hair and emotional problems and croaks at you in a frog voice to show you her rotting leg due to a wound she requested. Oh, and it was all so she could sew a skin tag burrito to her crotch. Like, what the FUCK. Obviously they need to get her gross dead flesh out ASAP before she DIES A HORRIBLE DEATH, but as patients these people are probably worse to deal with than a munchie or oxy addict. I was recently in a closed psych ward for people who are an acute danger to themselves or others. Everything from chronic mild schizophrenia, episodes of mania and psychosis, eating disorders, recent suicide attempts, contained within. Spent some time there and can say judging from the texts and whatever material has been gathered on troons (especially this thread where they pursue surgical procedures) - their mental state is about on par with the residents there. The lovely people on the psych ward aren’t even allowed to take a walk around the premises without surveillance and good behavior. Just saying. Surgery? Dear fucking lord in heaven help us.

In regards to troons constantly complaining that medical professionals don’t take them seriously, of course they don’t.

If you zoom out a bit, the majority of these people most likely didn’t deal with any serious medical issues (being healthy young teens & adults) until they decided they were a super unique and important genderspecial. The majority also live middle to upper middle class lives where they don’t experience genuine threats to their ability to get basic care or experience the struggle of chronic physical conditions.

Once they decide they are a new and different kind of human, everything in gender “medicine” is designed to cater to them at every step. It’s literally what “affirming” care is. Therapists, surgeons and every type of specialist fast track and affirm them in a way that does not exist in any other medical specialty.

The problem is, once they reach the post surgery phase, that person, who pursued something EVERYONE knows is a lie, is a burden and a liability.

Cross sex hormones have known and unknown negative consequences but that is brutally suppressed by everyone supporting the trans industry, meaning the patients can’t even question hormone treatment let alone seek answers.

Revisions get increasingly risky and often are not approved just because the “penis” or “vagina” they were promised does not look or function like a natural and complete organ and it never will. The best they will ever get is something that heals enough they can urinate without complication.

The patient is no longer a healthy person experiencing metaphysical symptoms that have a quick and easy solution guaranteed to provide relief (and huge profits). They are a chronic sufferer of any number of debilitating and often unfixable problems. When they are told “your self diagnosis is not accurate” or “another surgery is not possible” or “you will never have a functional sex organ” it’s the FIRST TIME they’ve ever heard anything that’s not 100% designed to affirm their feelings.

The only “medical care” they’ve ever been exposed to is an industry predicated on feeding delusions and selling impossible solutions until it’s no longer profitable. Now they’re just sick and mutilated patients with chronic pain and infections, the gender industry won’t help them and real medical professionals won’t pretend there’s a magic solution.

I don't remember if I mentioned it in the long spergy post I wrote about skin grafting, but sometimes when the graft dies they leave it in place anyway because it covers the wound site like a dressing until healing by secondary intention can take place. That in itself isn't that unusual. It would be unusual to leave the dead muscle in situ.

Her story is all over the place, but the photo she shared can't lie. I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt and saying her seemingly inconsistent story is the result of serious infection and medication. In someone who was already fairly mentally unwell, the psychological and physiological stresses of overwhelming sepsis can easily tip the balance from "crazy but hides it well" to "rocking in a corner ranting about the moon landing". I think she's probably really sick, on a shitload of medication, and she's confused about what's happening.

She mentions she's been in the ICU for several days, which prompted a little niggling thought at the back of my mind. There is a phenomenon called ICU delirium, formerly called ICU psychosis, which is exactly what it sounds like. In short, the ICU setting is extremely stressful for many different reasons. Some patients develop temporary and fluctuating cognitive symptoms while in ICU. The disorder is poorly understood, but it's a manifestation of acute neurological dysfunction which can manifest as delirium, confusion, agitation, unresponsiveness, or catatonia. It can be really distressing for both the patient and for loved ones. Generally, the sickest patients are at higher risk, and the incidence increases with length of stay. Risk factors include administration of opiate painkillers and general anesthesia. There's more information here if you're interested.

I'm wondering if she's got some mild delirium happening, and that's why her writing seems so jumbled. I hope she has someone who is willing to advocate for her, because she needs it. I wouldn't be surprised if this whole saga ends with her losing her arm leg.

Also, it's horrifying to me that I didn't know what a suprapubic catheter was a couple months ago and these pooners act like it's NBD to spend a quarter of your twenties pissing out your second belly button.

I have kidneys on the brain right now for various personal reasons but these people all seem like they're heading towards dialysis in their 40s. I can't imagine the physical strain that it puts on a body to have constant wound healing processes and areas of chronic poor circulation.

I wonder how many pooners are putting themselves on a spiral towards being deathfats.
