We're past the spring solstice in the northern hemisphere, and you know what that means!
They're back, baby!

Christian missionaries leaned heavily into the innocent savage version when they wrote their letters because they wanted to convince the european crowns to let them evangelize the natives instead of going postal on them. Despite what black legend meme about indians getting raped with cruxifices to death will have you believe.
Look into the life of Cabeza da Vaca. He really did try his best for everyone and advocated for the native people (even though he was enslaved by some of them for a while). If you made a move of his life 50% of it would just be him making "Lord help me" faces at the people who had control over him at any given point in time.

Much like the groundhog they poked their head from outside of their apartment and realized it was high time to get some free attention for LARPing.

If soup is witchcraft then making anything can be argued to be witchcraft. All you have to do is term it the right way and pretend its far more mystical than it is. Hell the reference to looking to the behavior of a groundhog is closer to actual witchcraft than that.

You see ancestor worship blend into the Greek pantheon as late as Herodotus' writings, many kings and peoples are claimed to be descended from half-God heroes like Herakles.

Later than that even, Roman nobility loved claiming divine descent. Off the top of my head, I remember the Julians being descended from Venus, The Antonii descended from Hercules, and the Domitii Ahenobarbi claiming they had red hair because their beards were touched by Castor/Pollux. Hence the name 'Ahenobarbi', which literally means 'red beards'.

I have discovered a new slap fight among the crystal people I didn't know existed. They even have a "New Age to Alt Right Pipeline" tag. They are very angry about this.
Very first video in this compilation. (Keep watching though because the video immediately after it is unintentionally perfect for these people.)
Guess it's the topic du jour for these witches to jump on and virtue signal.
"I'm a witch, that means I do vaguely spiritual things that feel nice. I don't gatekeep or exclude anyone or do anything icky!"

Hoping for total wizard war soon lol.

Oh they'll gatekeep if you are interested in veneration of anything but the Approved Gods and Goddesses, usually Norse and Greek/Roman only. Satan and the Virgin Mary seems to be ok. If you're interested in the Catholic saints, by Athena's hairy nipples, you will get some shit.

Or if you don't follow the set correspondences for stuff, slide into your DMs to warn you you're using the color red wrong. For your protection.

I've seen the bay leaf burning for 'creating energy' or focusing it on a particular subject. Never heard anything about the drop of honey but I assumed it was more symbolic than anything else.

'Cutting off' someone from something is some laughable fuckery. Almost as laughable as the 'witch's' face which looks like it can be easily rent apart by a rogue magnet. Their greatest foe is a Tom and Jerry skit.

Edit: Thanks for the harvest as always, @NoReturn
