I feel like I need to make a note for those unfamiliar: Phil's forum has a dubious reputation when it comes to tracking user IPs.
Keith, while retarded, is also a fanatic in his defense of Phil and a complete degenerate. Phil has likely handed him most of the keys to the forum as his number one janny.
So if anyone wants to go gawk at KG in his cage, make sure you're covering yourself.

All this shit just gave Phil the perfect birthday present.

He has attention from the dents and the detractors alike, and has an excuse to why he did nothing on his birthday despite saying he was going to be busy all day (lol).

I imagine it will go something like thus: "Wow guys I had so much planned for my birthday, but I had alotta peepul all over the internet HARASSING me to kahntact Youtube support so I had to cancel my plans to spend HOURS talking to support chat! Then I had to show my strike history which proved the mentally ill detractors are all lying conspiracy theorists (despite showing I've been lying for years) *50 minutes later* anyway guys so yesterday was ruined so it would be great if today was better if you know what I mean.."

I predict he will get 3 $100 dollar tips to own the trolls and save his birthday. Also, Keith, you are way too invested in this and your mind seems way too far gone to be saved, I think it's time to find the nearest bridge and take a swan dive.

There is already some TIHYDP content on Bitchute and Rumble. I think I posted one link for a Bitchute video a while back here. And let's be honest even if all detractors dissapear from Youtube what's gonna change? He will probably loose the rest of his "fame" and then his pay pigs have no real incentive to donate as "sticking it to the trolls" wouldn't work any more.

Also, Phil proving to be a massive flaggot comes as no suprise. I bet he does that on gin o'clock when the real Phil comes to the surface and his hurt feefees need to be soothed. I can understand striking complete rips but the videos he showed were defintely not. Too bad none of the detractors will actually sue Phil because this is a clear violation of the Youtube DMCA system. If Sargon wins because he simply ripped a few minutes and calls it something else entirely (pluis the fact his audience would have never watched the material otherwise) then the guys and girls who transform Phil's turd into a polished diamond would defintely have a winning chance.

I swear SecretLimited will be having a field day with his Top 10 worst moments 2023. Might be a top 15 this year. Might even call it "the year Phil lost the rest of his sanity"

I have an understanding that this Copycaust saga is the true fallout from the Intreview, especially that there is now just so much of a meme goldmine to run through it really has made Phil more paranoid than ever

Obviously he watches Detractors, and channels who "suhlahnder" against him

WWE Champions admission is nothing new but the fact he doesn't want to present receipts is pretty telling

I'll say Phil is going places with his hyperbole arguments, off the cliff of the Internet maybe 🤔

A lawsuit would be amazing right now, but that means actually going after him and using personal funds whoever is filing, because that shit is expensive with legal fees and also if counter sued, damages apply which is the Gayest of GayOps and would also be harmful to the Farms if someone was from the Farms representing, it would muddy the case, that's just a theory for clarification...

But again, Phil redirects, deflects and outright avoids admission unless he can slime his way of a nugget of truth to avoid losing more of his fanbase

Crazy times we live in and after some 2+ years of following the faggot it does drain some energy knowing how much of a stupid GreaseNigger and PigRoach he is to survive on YouTube

But it is a Lolcow after all and it is funny watching him try and stick up for himself 🤣

So I've specutarded how a civil suit should actually arrive at 3 points called the TriDENT, and yes it is a shit description but worth reading:

So this is how a suit should be filed:

Compel Phil to admit filing a false Bankruptcy form and expenses under perjury

Compel to prove that he has spent $100k+ on WWE Champions through false fundraising and overspending

Compel to prove he is assisting and providing means to strike down channels who use transformative work such as clip and highlight channels as well as proven history of striking down through his own channel

Since restreamers in my mind constitute both transformative work and commentary, channels like DSPRaw would be harder to confirm defense because no comments are made by the channel owner as they don't speak or that I know of anecdotally which I think you guys can correct me on this

This is specutarding I admit and probably gay to post but those three points can be strong argument to sue Phil over his own business that was crowdfunded and wasted on WWE Champions

Channel strikes are obviously directed by Phil but he wants to deflect attention to SuperHound so he isn't the main culprit but has admitted to previous abuse so there can be an argument for more than coincidence especially for those like Doody who comment in clip videos and Snort Burnell who comments via text on screen yet is probably hard to argue on YT's performance on copyright grounds

Bankruptcy I think is a good point because of sketchy filing, reluctance to admit false expenses and itemize them, falsely inputting him self as a sole proprietor and yet doesn't own a sole proprietorship... Especially for Tax reasons can and should be grounds for an Audit..

But again if this was to be filed, it would have to have no association with the Farms as that is dangerous in itself especially for Jersh and us too

Horsefucker did give money to DSP's patreon, but it was for the Project 7 goal that Phil famously scammed everyone. I believe Keith donated $75 on Patreon towards the P7 goal.
