So, I watched Steven Crowder mull over the idea of having Rekieta join the Mug Club line-up. I hope not.

Maybe Rumble has something to do with that because I can't comprehend how their brands would align under Crowder unless he has become an addict since I last watched his show. The only common connection is their frequent clashes with YT in terms of bans. The ego clash would be of epic proportion behind the scenes. Nick doesn't like working underneath other people. Well I have some news for him. From everything I've seen, I don't think Crowder would tolerate any of his usual BS for any length of time. I've seen both in person and Crowder's gigs are run more professionally and are very organized. They are big on keeping to a schedule. Everything is arranged around the production of the show being the primary parasocial element. I didn't see any drunks or floozies at his events. His fanbase of YAF members dress really well, conservatively and are too uptight for that. There's some parasocial elements, but for the most part, they seem concerned about maintaining a certain image and are happy to interact with fans with conversation, but at a professional distance. They're happy with the meetings if they end up on social. Pictures make them happy. That's the draw. They want the organized appearances with fans to be publicized since it plays well with their young crowd. Though the conservative women there dressed sexy, it's much classier. They're not going to want his wife there in any of the tacky clothes she got from the casual section in the erotica shop. So he will stand out easily if their tastes don't align and that may annoy Crowder (because he's a jealous control freak). Steven is vocal about any hiccups as well especially when things don't go as planned. Anything not going well will be noted for sure. And yet they at least want to give the appearance that Crowder is all for the fans and people can relax when meeting him. So the complete utter opposite of Nick's philosophy when it comes to meeting his fans. My impression was that interactions with Nick might as well be throw away and not centered around the audience relationship, but rather his self-image. He doesn't attempt to make them memorable. Unless it's something tacky.

I could see Nick handle occasional appearances well if it is in his control, but I don't expect that he could survive under Crowder's thumb. It will become all too obvious he is not a very good team player. Crowder is a control freak by comparison and will have actual expectations.
