Linked images are generally disfavored on the Farms, partly because some sites, like imgur, literally hate our guts and will automatically block anything with a referer link from here, and partly because they just disappear. Post everything here if possible. Plus archive it.

I know the whole "can't reproduce the tard check hitting more than once" thing is more or less settled law, but tor made me do the retarding page like 3x before it accepted me as a real boy today, so, like... sneed...

I'm also seeing a lot of images (which have been uploaded to the Farms) that are failing to load no matter how many times I refresh, it's always the same specific ones, while other images do load just fine. Clicking "open image in new tab" gives me a HTTP Error 500/"This page isn't working" even though the site is up. Another weird thing is that some images DO load, but clicking on them to zoom in gives me an error.

Ever since clearnet been up it seems that uploading images just doesn't work in the random images thread. but it seems to be working in threads that have not as many images uploaded in them?

Poking around i think the Random Pic and Gifs thread has exceeded some sort of limit and does NOT like having more images uploaded to it.
 
It is happening in all threads on clearnet. People see only somes images posted in posts. They are all uploaded though and can be verfied as being so via tor where the posts show fine.

This is what happens when you try to upload on clearnet. If you use attach files it gets to 100% then the file is just an empty file that is not attachable. If you cut and paste it gives an error. This is only happening on clear net and it's been happening since their was that issue where they had to patch the server intermittently at first, but now its 90% of the time.

Very minor thing: I have "Receive email when a new conversation message is received" ticked and I did not get today's notification. Two-step verification messages come without problems.
 
I have stopped getting notifications for threads that I have watched, nothing shows up in the alerts tab when something new is posted. Is there any fix for this?

The symptom is the message "image cannot be loaded from the link" when you think you've successfully uploaded the image. Very often the thumbnail does show, but when you make the post and someone clicks on the thumbanil, it returns with "the requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later"

To be sure "image cannot be loaded from the link" used to be a somewhat frequent false alarm that I've learned to ignore, but since yesterday it is for real: when you see this message, you should delete the thumbnail and re-upload.

Disregard the above. The failure to retrieve full image happens somewhat unpredictably, although "image cannot be load from the link" almost certainly ensures that the full image won't be available.
