As I said, because I have an illness. You can deny the existence of a recognized illness all you want, it just makes you look like a complete idiot.
People don't necessarily disagree that your illness doesn't exist.
They disagree that your diagnosis is correct (gender dysphoria) and that the treatment (cosmetic surgery, castration and hormone fuckup) is the proper way to treat it.
People are concerned gender dysphoria is just a symptom of a bigger ailment. That, even though your treatment treats your gender dysphoria, the problem may be different and may require a more introspective look and a more throughout analysis. Gender dysphoria might be gone (for a while), but the feelings of depression and mania (lashing out cause someone misgenders them or calls them by the name on their ID) may indicate something else is wrong. That the whole treatment is pushed because it makes more money than a proper treatment and it is pushed by pharmaceuticals to make easy money. The treatments alter your body permanently (aesthetically only) and cannot be reversed and return the functions that they stripped off. The surgeries are strictly aesthetically, and that trans-genders are effectively men in wigs and not real women. I can go on for pages but this is mainly the jist.
It won't though. His bone density will decrease and he will have trouble getting out of bed without fracturing his vertebrae. You likely pass more because your allegedly young, have fun when your skeleton develops like a mans and you get the large jaw line with a receding hairline.
