Chinese Military Operations in Taiwan

China will totally risk its global position, the lives of the millions and its economy for some shitty island!

China killed millions of it's own people because it's leader sperged out about sparrows and didn't know dick about farming. They don't have a great track record of caring about their welfare of their people.

I have no idea why so many people are creaming their pants over the thought that China  might try to mess with Taiwan. I know neocons/neolibs are usually pretty war hungry, but why are they so willing to risk a full on nuclear war?

I'll add that China has a reason to go at it now while Biden is in office. While it's unlikely that Trump will be allowed to be re-elected, potential other presidents might actually do something about an invasion.
Do something about what? Taiwan is part of Chyna. Taiwan isn't recognized by the UN. Its not part of nato.
We need to stop doing this World Police bullshit. It hasn't been working out so well for us the past 20 years.
The USA getting in the middle of this makes about as much sense as China getting in the middle of a fight between Hawaii and the mainland USA.

Maybe we shouldn't have off shored all our fabs.

WTF dude you already made a hugbox for the "other side"
All we need now is jannies making rules that thread ban you from here if you are not a good Chinese Han nationalist.
You and I both know that if China invaded Taiwan, a ton of people all over the alt-web would say the war was justified, China is a deeply based/traditional society and Taiwan is being saved from itself because they allow gay marriage. I'd say this is justified.

China is a paper tiger they would probably lose a million soldiers in the initial Invasion and then lose 100 million of the population in the
American Japanese South Korean counter-attack funny enough the Three Gorges Dam is iMissile Range from Taiwan so that would probably be the first thing exploded there goes about 1/3 of the Chinese population.
Contrary to popular belief amphibious invasions or extremely difficult and require pretty much total air superiority China doesn't even have one functioning aircraft carrier that is in some us knock off
People who pump up China's military might are just trying to get more money for stupid military projects the US really doesn't need didn't really need the f25 or the F22 us already had better planes and everyone else but people fell for Chinese and Russian propaganda that they were totally really developing a Next Generation fighter they aren't

Taiwan can sink into the sea for all I care. I have redundant parts for my whole PC sitting new in box on my shelf. Just plz no EMP, chinks
Put some of your crap into faraday "cages" (metal tins). I've got all my flash storage in a small one inside a bigger one with other stuff. Line them with cardboard.

Also, I hope you made sure the parts worked before they fell out of their return windows.

We haven't. There are many in the US. TSMC is building in Arizona, Samsung in Texas, but Intel is the one with a significant amount of advanced fabs in the US, and stands to make lots of guaranteed profit if Taiwan is invaded.

Tech prices will still skyrocket if it happens. Worse than 2020-2023+. There's more in the supply chain than just the fabs.

To be honest, the best course of action for the US should just move all of the manufacturing industry back to the US before making threats and actions against China. But of course, they won't do it because the (((elites))) hate normal Americans.

That example with chips manufacturers in the US is the exception to the rule in this case.

It'll take a long time to map out the entire supply chain and figure out what resources we have. And we may think we have some companies that can produce what we need, only to realize that they sorely lack the capacity necessary.

Well, a full scale war would change the status quo from "live in pod, eat bugs, own nothing" at least in terms of that being government policy. Another big plus would be watching with glee as the gen z tiktok fags and trannies get drafted to go die for the zog empire in some sweaty Asian jungle.
