Yeah, most suicidal people want "feely" to go away. Sometimes not being possessed with the constant desire to die is a pre-requisite for working on oneself.

And ketamine is a very introspective drug, at least for me. If I want to be confronted with every problem in my life that I've been trying to ignore, I take ketamine.

Broken hips are usually the death knell for old people. Guess that means we will see troons and TiFs dying at 50-60 from broken hips and bones. It means that falls, car accidents, slips etc become deadly for them earlier than the general pop. So much for quality of life.

Man, at this point I’d wonder if 50-60 is optimistic. Especially if they started off as KIDS, and never went through normal puberty. The service at Tavistock for kids don’t prescribe wrong sex hormones, and it only gives out blockers. I’d imagine it’s pretty devastating for an adults bone to be on wrong sex hormones, God only knows what’s gonna happen for those who started as kids.

I've been thinking that it might have done more damage than if they had given pure estrogen (without an antiandrogen)

I would love more context to this one because that just looks like a freshly skinned crotch and looks painful, but they’re standing up and (presumably) moving around freely in an unsterile environment.
At least the one with fake tits looks somewhat healed but the other is just…hamburger.

So this Monday was the first day I stayed fully clothed all day long. By the end of it, I was in a lot of pain again. Once I got it down, it was clear I'd formed an HS abscess just below the surgical site. It left me with very little in a way to treat it since it was so close.

I went to my dermatologist yesterday. She had to lance it, so now I have an additional wound to deal with. Otherwise, she said everything else is healing fine. No signs of infection other than that one spot. I'm on stronger antibiotics for 2 weeks to a month depending on how things heal up.

I'm back in bed, yet again while the new bottom wound heals up. I'm getting pretty annoyed with my body. I'm glad the surgery site is doing well, and my big open wound is now two separate smaller wounds. However, my body is clearly very mad about all this. Hopefully this is my last complication.

So, I peeled a chunk of skin off of my thumb the other day. I have been a whiny bitch about it, because it's raw flesh and every so often, I'll forget about it, touch something wrong, and get a bright zap of goddamnit, I'm a fucktard that hurt. And that's for a chunk of skin half the size of a dime, a booboo so genuinely piddly it's not worth slapping a bandaid on it.

It looks like this bitch got her genitals flensed, then stapled back in place. What fucking doage of opiates is she on, that she can be like 'I'm pretty annoyed with my body', rather than just writhing in agony? 'I was in a lot of pain' - lady, short of your eyeballs, that's about the most nerve dense chunk of your body. What, I pray you, the fuck?

It’s about half the adult bone density that’s laid down during puberty. So they’re losing a fair chunk - I am not aware of any work quantifying how much of that half ‘doesn’t happen’ but if they’re having problems so early then I imagine a lot. Not just hips crumble - the spine does as well, which leads to that old lady hump (kyphosis) and mobility issues.
Women who have been given lupron for approved indications like endometriosis also have these side effects - the whole class of drugs has some horrendous side effects and I am amazed they ever got approved. The lupron victims are persuing legal action.

Mentioning "shitting out" vagina makes me think there are troons who get hard from the idea of it.
Anyway I looked up. Yeah you can "shit out" uterus during childbirth, it's fixed right away by showing it back inside with an arm, yes with an arm, right after the delivery you get arm inside you putting your guts in place. This is something a lot of troons squirt about.
