Severely autistic sperging ahead:I was able to trace them back to Hila's instagram
My jimmies are rustled because of how easily cuckolded, simpish behavior is rationalized by guys. It's both frustrating and fun seeing how Ethan (and Destiny) reacts in the most predictable, pathetic and cuckolded manner possible when a kid who clearly knows what's going on states that if your girlfriend, and especially wife, posts lewd pictures of herself online, you have every right to react negatively and claim that it breaches the terms of your relationship. Your partner can deny it all she wants, but she is effectively advertising herself for prospective guys to fuck by doing so.
In a healthy relationship that wouldn't have happened in the first place. I was going to put in the caveat that it would be alright if you both agree to such a relationship, but that would take me down the cuckolded path of Ethan Klein and Ian Jomha. Agreeing to your womans desire to advertise her sexuality online (she will argue that she doesn't, but is rather enjoying herself by celebrating her femininity or something) is agreeing to be an emasculated man she can run over, and she will respect you infinitely less for allowing her to do so. It might seem ironic, but putting down boundaries stemming from wanting to protect your investment and love in your partner — i.e. so-called mate guarding — leads to a happier, healthier relationship for both involved, provided the rest of the equation falls into place. The same applies to the man, of course, but guys don't advertise on the sexual market place; they put in their pitch, from which the women judge, compares and choose their partners. As such, flexing your meaty biceps holds no sway whatsoever in comparison to if a woman jumps around in skimpy clothes, much to the delight of dudes everywhere, provided she's actually hot.
We're not talking about putting burkas on women in a relationship, but merely asking for them to be faithful to their monogamous commitment. If that doesn't fly, just break up with her. Protect your value as a partner for fucks sake.
The last sentence if important: an actually desirable man wouldn't have to say anything, since his wife wouldn't do that shit in the first place. If she did however, in order to test the waters and perhaps push the boundaries by conducting a shit test on her man, the clear answer would be to put down your foot immediately. Don't be a whiny bitch about it, but just calmly state that if she continues doing that then there's no future for the two of you together. If that doesn't cut it, then the relationship was doomed to fail anyways, and you can both happily carry on into the sunset in search of your next respective partner.
If you have no life like me, and want to see someone break it down more thoroughly, I'd say that this guy nails the points down during the last two hours in his very long video (he starts at 3:23:17):
I guarantee that Hila is looking for something better, which wouldn't exactly be hard to find, if she hasn't found something better already. As is stated in the video I linked, the reason Ethan isn't "insecure" or worried about his wife cheating on him, is because he simply isn't competetive against other guys anyways; he can't compete even if he wanted to. He could in the past, as is evident by him and Hila hooking up in the first place, but now he holds no value as a desirable man whatsoever, and Hila knows this. Deep down, Ethan knows this as well, but as he is wont to do, he's having a cuckolded meltdown instead of bettering himself.
Sorry for the rant. It just breaks my heart how normalized it's become for men, and young guys in particular, to allow themselves to internalize the feminine imperative that holds sway in our society. Having bugmen like Ethan Klein act as the arbiters of morality, and dictate how one should conduct themselves in a relationship, or even in general, is even more grating: imagine having your son take cues from the revolting goblin.
