If someone does get involved in a lawsuit it's almost always going to involve medical bills gotten from being in a collision. Because in order to get money from most insurance companies, at least in my state, is by suing the driver of the other car and then your own insurance company.

But most people will go through life without even that much exposure to the legal system. Which is a good thing, because lawsuits - even personal injury ones that almost always settle out of court - are incredibly stressful and take far longer than anyone likes.

Edit: actually most people are more likely to get a divorce, which isn't quite a lawsuit but also isn't quite not a lawsuit.
He thinks he's a special case because he's the only person who's ever been discriminated against because of a facial deformity. He's blissfully unaware that the reason most people who've heard of him think he's a raving lunatic is because they've read his own words. In other words, he explained himself, and because of that explanation people think he's insane.

I'm still not even 100% sure he was talking about me when he complained about youtubers. The timing makes it seem like he was, of course. But he complained about anonymous people and I'm not anonymous. My old channel was just my actual name. That being said, I think he did reply to some of my comments which were not very supportive of him somehow.

Also I think I messed up when I said he said Ariana Grande was Taylor Swift's rival. That's what he said about Katy Perry, it turns out.

There was a period where he believed Taylor and Katy genuinely were in some sort of feud and he kept trying to contact Katy and give her his book, and he was totally going to give her all the "bombshell evidence" of what Taylor supposedly did to him so she could completely destroy Taylor and her career.

And bang Russ of course. That was definitely a motive. Maybe even his reward for helping her nuke Taylor from orbit.

Russ has pledged never to sue Katy for some reason, and so far has stuck to it. He's gotten pissy about her dating other men, visiting the pope, etc but never sued.

Also, I think the Russ + "Katy's Assistant" emails would make for a fantastic video.

He thinks he's been discriminated against. If he had actually been discriminated against he might have gotten somewhere with on of his vast array of lawsuit losses.

Remember when he contacted the company that manufactured her clothing line and was puzzled they couldn't put him in touch with her? He also complained her agents weren't doing their jobs when they didn't pass on the song he recycled wrote for her, but unlike Taylor, her team never responded to him so he couldn't develop the delusion Perry knew about him and hated him. Not responding is the best way to deal with him. Look at poor Yovanna. She (or whoever runs her SM accounts) replied to him ONCE, and here we are almost two years later and he's still trying get her to talk to him.

That was funny as hell.

He kept on calling Katy's shoe company and getting PISSED that the poor girl answering the phone wouldn't just hand the phone to Katy.

She obviously hates the disabled.

It's important to note he thinks discrimination law entitles him to special treatment and privileges. He sorta acknowledges that musical artists don't accept unsolicited submissions from anyone, disabled or not, but thinks he should be given an exception simply because he's disabled. The law requires that disabled people be given the same chance non-disabled people get with or without reasonable accommodations. AGT gave his audition the same consideration they gave everyone elses'. Russ seems to think that because he needed accommodations, he didn't get on, but of course to people with normal judgement, it's because his act was horrible. Russ can never accept that his offering (be it a song, a performance or job skills) are sorely lacking, which is why people turn him down.

The other funny thing is that he guessed Taylor Swift's email address with her talent rep's company, and emailed it incessantly, thinking that Taylor herself monitored and replied to messages to that address. I'm sure she does have a personal email address (and phone number), but they're not in her name so people like Russ can't bug her.

I feel that most people go to court for either DWI/DUI, personal injury lawsuits, or divorce.

I think Russ may have wanted to tie the knot with Taylor Swift using the same judge he tried to sue her with. Hehehe, he got her in the same room with him, now she belongs to him, or something like that.
He thought once he got a chance to EXPLAIN, directly to her, she'd fall all over him, he'd tell the judge to dismiss the suit, and they'd leave together in her limo (celebrities go everywhere in a limo, right?) and go to Cold Stone while she went down on him in the back seat. He seriously thought she had to show up or he'd win automatically. That's one of the reasons he was so pissed afterwards, because he thought he should have won automatically since she wasn't there.

I loved how right after she didn't show up in court he made a post that just said "SHE DEFAULTED!" and then for a bit did this weird thing where he was acting like he was trying hard to stay calm and humble and grounded, because he was absolutely 100 percent certain he was now a multimillionaire and all that was left was to collect his fortune.

Was hilarious while it lasted.

That was after he filed his second suit, the first in federal court and her side didn't respond because he hadn't served her properly (he served a law firm that once worked with her, but told him they couldn't accept service, and he thought they could just pass it onto her). He deleted that post once people her pointed out she didn't default, he had to serve her first.

Don't forget the threat of a lawsuit against the anti prostitution guy, and the guy who wouldn't sell him land to start a brothel on, and an unnamed person he took out a restraining order on.
+ the constitutional challenge against the state of Nevada to legalize prostitution. The lawsuit that was going to be such a home run, he didn't even need A Safer Nevada PAC anymore.

I don't know, bud, think I'm gonna need you to "explain" some more...

is he referring to this?
only story i could find about about a congressperson from tennessee throwing coffe at someone, but the story is about a congresswoman while russ talks about "a guy" so it's not a perfect match. the woman did it while fighting back against a crazy homeless junkie who was harassing her inside an elevator so it really doesn't fit as a comparison to russ.

also for a politician, having a history of malicious and frivolous retard lawsuits like russ would be a career ending skeleton in the closet. or rather, because it's all public, it would have killed the persons political career before it would even have had a chance to get off the ground. i don't think russ really appreciates how big of a red flag his legal history is to professionals in any public facing field.

I definitely think he’s referring to those two black congressmen in TN who got booted then reinstated. I think one or both had former assault charges but I don’t think it was bc of coffee.
