she expects him to be cool with her doing shit like freezing eggs for ivf and being bi+poly (aka cheating slut) which is very far outside the realm of normality. she doesn't explicitly list this in "i expect yout to be X/Y/Z" form but by putting out that information in the first place she's establishing the implicit requirement that anybody who replies to her form is expected to accept these lifestyle choices of hers.
