Googled and apparently this has been discussed as a side-effect of estrogen for about a decade if not more. It might be a total myth but it might not. For example, could be that for some, estrogen causes muscle tone loss in the abs & thighs, resulting in a muscle imbalance and therefore anterior pelvic tilt. And of course there's the bone density loss, that can fuck up your posture as well.
Lots of anti-gay and anti-woman places are pro-trans. South America, Iran, so-called "Red States". You can get gender-affirming surgeries in Ohio, but you can't get an abortion there. Feminism and troonery get conflated a lot as being "left" or "sjw" but I don't think that's accurate.
