There are various schools of thought on this. Some people feel that you should get to have some kind of say in where of how photos of your body are used, as though there's some expectation of privacy or control over the content.
The more sensible crowd would say that once your body becomes a product (and make no mistake, it is at that point), it's open season, because it's not a personal thing anymore. You don't really have a reasonable expectation of sensitivity to your wishes at that point.

That's the argument around paparazzi shots, not for Zoe's photos. She sold the photos and the rights to those photos to a third party. She sold the copyright and with it any say on what happens to those specific photos to someone else. She doesn't get to say that people can't look at them, share them, use them as the final push towards convincing themselves to end it all, only the new owner has that right and even they will have licensed it away to many, many people.

No, I'd go out and say that it's a fact that GG was clumsy, disorganized, and essentially gave these professional victims what they wanted. You had people like Chelsea, Wu, Anita, McIntosh, etc yet they still ended up looking like the bad guys.
