Disaster More than 20 shot at mass shooting in Dadeville, Alabama

DADEVILLE, Ala. (WRBL) – A gathering turned deadly in downtown Dadeville early Sunday morning as a shooting left more than 20 people injured according to law enforcement on the scene. We do not know if a person(s) of interest or suspect(s) is in custody. We cannot confirm how many have died at this hour.

Crime scene tape surrounds a building on N. Broadnax Street next to the PNC Bank. A tarp hangs over the glass front door and white sheets can be seen inside covering the floor. Several yellow police placards litter the front sidewalk.

Investigators report a suspected altercation led to a shooting at the gathering. Several law enforcement agencies, including ALEA’s State Bureau of Investigation, Dadeville Police, and the Tallapoosa County Sheriff’s Office, responded to the incident and are investigating.
The injured were transported to local hospitals for medical attention. Details about the suspects or motives have not yet been released by the authorities. Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots and people running and screaming from the building.

The shooting has left the small town shaken, and authorities are urging anyone with information to contact Dadeville Police or the Tallapoosa County Sheriff’s Office.

The media has been suspiciously quiet about this for hours. Still no official confirmations about anything, they’re probably trying to figure out how to spin nigger v nigger shootings. There are thoughts floating around that it was gang related.

According to Turner, the shooting involved two different groups and multiple weapons, with investigators collecting more than 200 shell casings. “You literally could not take a step without stepping on a shell casing,” he said.

Your right, but when it comes to mass shooting statistics it will be added to the tally so gun grabbers can go "look at how many mass shootings there are!" without any of the context.

The VAST majority of mass shootings are exactly like this. A gathering of people from a rough neighborhood and some dipshits get into a fight that either hits innocent people with stray bullets or people hurt themselves fleeting. The article even said 20 wounded but not how they got hurt

If that's what happened, the only noise that will be allowed by the media to filter though will be the body count to add to the pile that politicians stand on and call for doomed gun control from, demanding "Something be done".

They then go home to their city/state and enact loosening of laws, defund their police, empty out their jails (all in the name of equality and justice, naturally) and tell their DA's to not prosecute gun-wielding robbers or "lunchtime rowdies" who beat people in the streets.

And when these actions escalate? And precipitate mass shootings?

They'll go back to the now taller pile and blame everyone but them.

The closest you'll get to any acknowledgement is an obtuse reference to "gang violence" - but they'll quickly move on, their own Rules of Engagement forbid them from stating the obvious, that out-of-control gun crime is a direct result of out-of-control BLACK gangbangers, a further direct result of letting BLACK criminals off the hook no matter what they do.
