I know some of you are doubtful about this because it all seems too good to be true but let's just look at the objective facts -

1. The torswats guy is genuine as has been verified by multiple people here and ona as well as the audio he released, which confirms he was also the one doing it to Patrick.
2. He has said Patrick is behind it and while that isn't 100% proof that he actually is/was, it's hard to think of any motivation for him saying that other than just to fuck with people. Or what he says is his actual motivation i.e. Rick stiffing him out of money.
3. Patrick absolutely believes he's above any authority and smarter than everyone else. He screams at cops, lies to judges and is just generally an abrasive cunt to everyone. He would absolutely believe he could get away with doing something like this.
