Saying something is justifiable homicide or would be considered so in a hypothetical situation isn't literally calling for someone to be killed. Again if we were talking about a woman who did actually kill her husband because of abuse against her and/or their children nobody would be projecting their bullshit standards onto phrases like "justifiable homicide."
