The most delicious part of this saga is he got their subreddit banned and that's what really sealed his fate. When it came back as its own hole-in-the-wall internet forum free of big tech censorship and the Reddit troon janny mafia his number was up.

Just wanted to share a breakdown of circumstantial evidence that points toward Pat that the brotherman have beem mulling over, courtesy of pfg user Portsmouth Paul.
I added a few points of my own that I think are pertinent. It really does add up but you have to remember, the average IQ of a cop is what, 90? Deduct 10 for MPD.

Spoiler: Circumstantial evidence

For any visitors, federal agent, or Indian fake journalists, this is concise breakdown of all signs pointing to Patrick swatting himself.

- He has both a crypto wallet and Telegram account, but claims he doesn't.
- No one has explained how someone could fake a Patrick account on either service with 2-step verification.
- He Tweeted about multiple incidents before they happened, and claims a bomb threat was called in to a convention that no one has record of.
- He was swatted during the first pitch of the Brewers game. How would anyone plan that except him?
- He started claiming some one had stolen his financial info last year, to the shock of everyone here. This, coupled with bricking his phone in Mexico and making a spectacle of it, sounds like he's laying a path of lies.
- The swattings stopped while he was in Mexico. How would a swatter know he was on vacation if he didn't Tweet about it till after he got back?
- He started getting swatted last year the same time the Keffels and MTG drama happened. It would be a huge coincidence if these events weren't somehow related.
- He has a documented history of lying and falsifying evidence. Even if we're only 99.9% sure he is the vandal in the security footage, we KNOW he faked the Canyon Boykin voicemails. We KNOW he submitted falsified evidence to court.
- He stopped replying to trolls on Twitter two weeks ago, and the swattings suddenly increased in frequency. As of the Torswats revelation, they have stopped. But he's back to frantically replying to trolls.
- He has publicaly stated he's looking into suing the police - this is consistent with Torswat's claims.
- Torswats said his user name was Pat1980. How would Torswats know when he was born?
- He notified the MPD 2 weeks prior to his naked spergout. This has been discussed many times in depth.
- He went mysteriously silent on Twitter for 3 days before that incident happened.
- Unless his sleep apnea is so bad that he has to sleep in the other half of the hovel so Niki can't hear his snoring, why was he in 2613 the night of that swatting?
- He claims the MPD "know he's not swatting himself," even going so far as to claim he was the first suspect they ruled out. This cannot be the case. If they don't know who it is, how can they know it's not him?
- He claims to have heard the original swatting calls and confirmed it was the same voice as that of the MTG swatting calls. How would he know this?
- He is $50k in the hole and has no recourse to pay it back. A lawsuit against the MPD would help him cover this.
- He has a very convenient habit of documenting his whereabouts on Twitter before every swatting.
- He has opportunistically tried to blame KF, OnA, and the alt-right for the swattings, depending on which narrative gets him the most attention at the time.
- He had a media tour immediately after the first wave of swattings, almost as if he'd set it up in advance.
- Despite his lawyers, family, friends, and even members of law enforcement asking him to stop publicizing his swattings, he continues to tweet about them to draw more attention to himself.
- This Jackie broad conveniently shows up the day before the Vice article dropped, almost as if he started reaching out to journalists to help run interference for him as this is unfolding
- If it were the MO of Patposters on KF/ONA to swat, why hasn't anyone else like Cumia or Paul Weimer been swatted?
- He conveniently broke his phone while on holiday, made a big hoo-haa about it then hasn't mentioned it again
- The swattings began after he lost the lawsuit
- He owes a huge debt, and the Torswats guy said he is trying to sue MPD (aka big payout) over been falsely swatted
- Pat's word on this whole affair is utterly worthless and less than useful in any meaningful way. He's demonstrated his inability to be truthful at all, even lying about owing money despite it being public record and literally fucking admitting it several times. He lies about his achievements, his parent's achievements. He is addicted to dishonesty.
- Desperate, stupid people do desperate, stupid things.

Circumstantial evidence is enough to charge someone in some cases, despite what's been said here. I'd wager the cops are going to be looking into this soon if not already, and the brotherman are absolutely sending all this info to the MPD/FBI. Wayne is a lolcow that has, like Patrick, also been swatted in the ballpark of 30 (claimed) times. He's also one of those cows that are trolled/documented almost exclusively by an insular group of Discord trolls (this can be seen from here on in his thread).

Also, interestingly, a 4chan user claiming to be Lambright took credit for Tim Pool's swatting. I don't think I really need to spell out that this was likely Lambright's trolls and not him:

This seemingly random connection Torswats has with Lambright (ETA: and TriHard!) shouldn't be overlooked. There is very clearly more behind-the-scenes fuckery going on here with Torswats than he's letting on. I do not believe he is an outsider who's just now finding out about lolcow culture after being stiffed by a client.

You're ignoring that TORswats (and possibly a third-party brotherman/psycho) has control over whether the swats continue. Sure, your argument makes sense if Patrick was in fact swatting himself. But the swats may very well have stopped/paused for either of two other reasons:

1. TORswats does not want to contradict his own narrative that he has promoted, so he is no longer making the calls. (Setting his motives for promoting that narrative aside, there are multiple possibilities already raised ITT)
2. A third-party was actually calling in the swats, and has stopped after these leaks dropped because it would contradict the narrative that TORswats has promoted, which is way funnier than the swattings themselves.

I just don't think we can jump straight to the conclusion that swattings stopping = piggy is responsible.

If you enter Rick's email adress into haveibeenpwned.com it shows that the address appearing in a user data leak from the Gemini exchange.
One of the pests also tried signing up Rick for Coinbase only to be shown that the mail adress is already in use.
Both sites require complying with KYC laws which means they not only want to see a picture of ID but also a recent proof residence like a bill.

So yeah, maybe Rick really did have a anonymous troll root thru his trash for useable paperwork but if he really had accounts at least two exchanges it looks really bad.
