To play devil's advocate, I once accidentally "sir"-ed the butchiest of bulldykes you could imagine. That was the one "misgendering" I felt ashamed about because she legitimately looked like a 50 year old chubby clean-shaven man rather than a 50 year old manly woman, and it was very public.

But aside from whatever causes some butches to look like men, no. "Cis" people generally don't get misgendered.
