This is ofc completly retarded. Why admit to all this? Why admit that this caused you so much emotional grievance? Is it to get pity points and a few pity donations? If this really was such an issue, telling everyone about this will just make it more likely to happen again.
This does add to my pet narrative that gen 3 quit over some behind the scenes drama or major yab (like the situation with mel and her manager).
For example: Aletta sky quitting makes no sense from a business stand point. She was the fastest growing member and the second biggest member within the company. She was hitting big noombers by spamming shorts, (see pic below), and was making quite a lot of money. In her last donothon she made 20k $ in 2 days. Again leaving the company makes 0 sense from a financial standpoint.

I'm not good at talking about serious stuff, but I think it’s important for me to come forward with my perspective on what’s been going on. I’ve spent nearly two years as part of Production Kawaii, and while I’ve had so many amazing experiences, this is something that’s been weighing me down for quite some time now.
I may not say it often, but I do care about my fans. I’ve opened up to you and talked about so many things, and I expected my feelings to be respected. But to know some of these people who’ve called themselves my fans have pried into my personal business, ignoring boundaries that I’ve very clearly established, and causing problems for me and the people I care about, is a breach of that very trust I’ve placed in them.
I put in a lot of work to make my streams a positive environment so everyone can have fun together, but dealing with this invasion of my right to my privacy has made it difficult for me to keep smiling through it, even when I have so many things to be happy and excited about. I want my community to be a safe place for all of you to be in, as well as for me to interact with. As a creator, I’m entitled to my personal life and there are things that I am not obligated to share while I am in Kawaii. I’m very disappointed that these “Coleknights”, whose names and contributions I remember from my chat and community, have been sharing my personal information like it’s a trophy to be proud of, when in reality it has greatly impacted my mental wellbeing.

Man, I was gonna leave it since the whole Production Kawaii Gen 3 announcement got buried a while back, but since this bullshit is coming up again: How the fuck does anyone come out of this with any take other than Kawaii's management is pure undiluted D O G S H I T. Either Gen 3 left for good reason, or Kawaii's management really fucking sucks at scouting out their prospective hires. There is no world where Kawaii isn't either awful or incompetent. Four women who all joined the company independently all choose to jump ship at the same time, rebuild their brand from scratch together, rather than sticking it out and enjoying the strong growth that that they were experiencing, and I'm supposed to believe that it's simply a case of all four of them being completely unreasonable to an accommodating management team and supportive coworkers? Nah, that one don't pass the sniff test.
The clapbacks from the company and other talents towards people that very likely can't respond to them, getting to spin their own little narrative while the ones that left just have to let them go off without getting to explain their side. Even if anyone believes their story about about Gen 3 all being entirely unreasonable, and let's further add in that Gen 3 are all truly horrible people beyond redemption. This is still extremely unprofessional and in poor taste. You couldn't just leave it at, "Ah well, we had some misunderstandings and we decided to go our separate ways." You really had to torch them on their way out? "No no, WE'RE the good guys here. Trust us. We were all super nice and wonderful. They are the bad people that just wouldn't listen to reason when we all tried to do everything we could for them, and don't care about how their actions affect their fans at all like we do." Nice. Nene's line about how "There is a reason why 7 of us are so loyal to it, and continue to work our hardest," is not the powerful statement she seems to think it is. Yeah. There's 7 of you.
