I can’t believe the debtor’s exam, his worst nightmare, is the literal day after his birthday. What are the chances of that.. He’ll be thinking about it all daY, and be tweeted about it all day, and have to lie about it all day knowing he’s lying.

Meanwhile Jackie Cringe is going around telling everyone that yes, he DID lose that lawsuit, and going against his narrative rubbing his loss in his face. I bet a bunch of people who follow him saw that. LOL.

What exactly will the debtor's exam involve? I've never gone through one because I'm not a FFwBT but are they going to try to set up a payment plan for him? Is this a sort of formality, like an implied threat of "If you don't start paying we'll begin to take your possessions"?

IANAL but I think it's a formal examination (hence the name) of the debtor's assets, income, savings, etc. This is court appointed and it's supposed to end with a payment plan of sorts established. Basically because he's a pigheaded retard who didn't pay up back when it was first declared and it has now doubled in size like Pat, I think it goes that Quasi filed a motion to collect on a delinquent debtor and it was granted and thus the exam is here.

It's a full audit of his finances to see what Quasi can get from him. He also cannot dispute it.

If he doesn't show up, he can be arrested.
