Best thing they can do is actually spend some money and hire an army of people to oversee the election. Trump was proud of the fact that he gets the most votes for the least amount of money spent, but 2020 has shown the weakness of this tactic. You need an observer at every polling location, preferably non locals. Those people then stay until the result is certified, you don't leave because an official tells you to go home, they certainly won't.
