Seems Ralph doesn't understand what the word convicted means.


In the past, specially among public figures circles it was extremely common for producers & politicians to meet young impressionable boys and girls and make empty promises about how talented/smart/beautiful/commited to a cause they were just to fuck them and dump them. Many of these cases were known to be minors. It is written in many books of law as some form of sexual harassment even if it were to happen between full grown consenting adults, whether or not you think this is fair is a different question, but society agrees full well it is despicable if this interaction involves a minor.

There are, however extremely manipulative and narcissistic women/men that can flip the game and get to use weak men in position of powers to get their way. These do not just magically become like that when they turn 18 and can engage in these interactions while being minors. However it's all the same, it's a test of might. If you are in a position of power and are so weak as to fall for the bait you do not deserve to be in a position of power to begin with, and if you are so predatory as to be the one to groom impressionable young people who don't know any better in order to get sexual gratification you should be in prison or worse.
