Niggers Eating Cornstarch - And any other weird nigger food related shit

Also cut out salt. My sodium intake is greatly restricted. Recently I've been craving Himalayan rock salt.
thats because you NEED salt
the body requires it
i dont know why youre cutting out salt, but unless its for a very specific medical procedure, that kinda thing is potentially harmful, especially if you also dont eat enough meat
salt is one of the few human neccesities when it comes to food, if youre trying to restrict sodium, avoid premade food instead, that stuff is rich in other forms of sodium that are easy to overdose on and still poor in most necessary minerals

@Cuntspiracy Man I don't want to PL too much but I had a health issue and this is on direct orders of a medical team. I can't have a grain of added salt and have to only eat low sodium foods, can't go over a small amount of milligrams of sodium per day.

This isn't just something I decided to do. But I understand where you're coming from. A lot of people make changes to their diet with no medical advice and then are surprised when cutting out huge swaths of their nutritional base is bad for them. It's annoying.

thats understandable, and i dont know what your situation is, but i hope you actually require the reduced sodium, because in my expirience, not all doctors can be trusted
this should apply to all medical situations, but if i were you id ask for a second and maybe even a third opinion, particularly if the doctor who advised you to do this is some kinda general physician or... god forgive me for uttering the word.... "dietician"... because even they arent exempt from believing in meme diets

Salt is on every burger and kfc. They ain't needing to lick the rocks. Are there even any veganiggers?
nowadays? probably, you no longer have to give up your burgers and kfchickies
theres a huge difference between technically vegan food- yknow, a meal made from fruit, veggies, grains, mushrooms and the likes... and "vegan food" which is just slop attempting to emulate real people food
the latter is very easy to pass off as junk food, since that too is already halfway towads beign a mash of inedible refuse, solidified oil and spices
theres a reason why veganism used to be considered a challenge, especially if youre fond of junkfood, it takes dicipline to cut out a huge portion of food out of your diet like that, but being vegan in todays world is about as challenging as just saying you did it

I never touched the fake meat goyslop, but is it as salted as real food?

Because I just can't think they are salt deficient. Unless Koolaid has something that purges natrium from the body.

Again I say: Iodine
The salt on fast food and in restaurants is usually iodized salt. If you only have non-iodized salt at home, and you don't eat many foods with iodine in them, then you'll only get that nutrient from fast food and your body will become "dependent" on it for that nutrient because that's the only place it knows where to get it.

Sometimes more so.

but is it as salted as real food
it has to be even more seasoned, because all the natural bright flavor that comes from good meat is gone
ever tried tofu? i have never before tasted so much, that tastes like so little, bought it out of curiosity an realized it has literally no flavor- asked how, or why, people even eat it, and the common response was that it basically just tastes like whatever you season it with. not as in, 'the seasoning enhances the flavor' like it might with meat, but rather 'it IS the flavor. youre eating seasoning, the tofu is just the vessel it's delivered by'

Yes. I knew one in Middle school who was happy I ate a healthy lunch. She had vegan "salmon" but could eat Costco cheese pizza. However I think this is a class thing as her family had good jobs

It's a big Hotep thing - I went to a raw vegan restaurant in a neighborhood I normally wouldn't go to, and we sat next to a man alone at a table dressed like Akhenaten talking on his phone to someone the whole time, and most of it was numerology, it was pretty cool eavesdropping. He had these big laminated sheets with writing and other symbols on them, I never looked that up to see what those were. The mystical types know that it's good to eat vegetables and to keep your body pure so you can cultivate self-mastery.

When someone asked why some people think fresh fruits and vegetables are "cheap" it's not cheap like inexpensive, it's cheap like tawdry. "That came from the dirt, why would I eat it? That looks like something a rabbit would eat, give me something out of a cardboard box or plastic bag, that's real food." I can't help but believe it's because of city living and not understanding how plants work.

Someone informed me today that Funyuns are a Nigger Food
Funyuns must be consumed with the most impractical acrylic nails imaginable.
