But it's not a business - upholding the tenets of Christianity is supposed to come before any worldly concerns. A church that starts actively promoting degeneracy is worse than no church at all.
Where have you been for the last 1800 years?

More Florida congressmen are endorsing Trump, this might be why Meatball's team was lashing out yesterday.

One example of why this seems to be the case is from a FL congressman who endorsed Trump earlier in the week; you need to be nice to people, not just when its expedient for you:

It sucks that you have to do it, some people do it too much to the point it makes the thing more aggravating than it is, but you have to talk to people and just be nice and cordial. When I place orders I don't always go with one supplier, I always throw a worthwhile thing to another vendor just to keep my options open and just be nice. A nice offensive meme goes a long way with people too, just once a week or so. "I'd rather have someone who focuses on the task than all the other BS" is like communism, great in theory.

Well that's fucking depressing

Meh to be fair almost all major urban centers are undergoing the same decent into slums. It's just that the US cities seem to be 25 years ahead.

Fuck I live in a once unthinkable homeless zone here in Canada but now I have bums on my street, smashing glass, shitting and pissing everywhere, stealing anything not nailed down and stumbling around stoned or drunk into traffic and getting killed. The cops come by once a month to disburse the camps but them bums always come back the next day because where else are they going to go?

I'm actually going to sell my condo before it gets worse. I might as well get out while I can with most of my money invested.

While the major America blue cities are the leaders in this decay of our society the rest of the world is not far behind.

Over a 30 year mortgage it's 15k. They are fining you for 15k for having good credit, just so they can give it to niggers with bad credit.
Even more if you were to invest that money over 30 years with 7.5% interest and 2% inflation.

At the end of 30 years you would have about $35,000 of today's money. Anyone that says this is not a big deal is lying.

Proof? Ask them to transfer $35k into your bank account.

Look, no amount of your money is too much if it allows a nigger to purchase a house that he will trash and then default on, okay?

>basic people skills are so alien to regular US politicians Orange man comes off as complete social butterfly

It's honestly hilarious. That sort of social interaction is par for the course in business and finance, it's the sort of basic stuff you are told to do to network and have connections built up in all sorts of industry. It used to be absolute fucking bog standard for politics as well, hell it still is in most of the world. But apparently not in the USA.

Moving out of the cities and going deeper inland seems to be the only solution at this point.

Montana, here I come
While that may work today, it may not years from now.

The biggest character flaw of DeSantis has been just not talking to his potential allies all that much. He comes across as too distant and aloof. I recall in an article from earlier this year he that said he doesn't really interact with other Republican governors and for a long time hardly conversed with donors. Trump by comparison is overflowing (perhaps too much) with things to talk about.

And of course, us black people who actually worked hard to try to assimilate into society by working hard enough so we could actually buy houses get fucked over. AGAIN.

I'm actually concerned about the car issue. Car prices are now the new home payment, only 4% of new cars are priced under $25,000, they cost too much because they're trying to price you out and push the bug eater electrics, becoming more costly to fix, the growing crime and shit illegal drivers makes them more of a finnicky asset than they should be due to depreciation, and in a few months it won't surprise me to find out the auto insurance companies are going to jack up deductibles and minimize payments.

All my cars are paid off but if one was stolen or damaged beyond repair I know it would be hell to try and find a new car in reasonable condition at a worthwhile price.

IMHO, it seems like y'all are starting shit for no reason other than pure drama. What harm is DeSantis doing by not acknowledging Trump 24/7?

It has nothing to do with Trump and is instead basic politics and human interaction 101. Desantis is running, has been since November, this gay book tour isn't fooling anyone. And in that time all he's done is have his press secretary scurry up some twitter people making him sound like he's the real MAGA, Trump was a phony. Instead of doing what you should be doing like talking to the elected representatives in your state, and on your team, over the past five years as governor, Desantis has just been doing nothing to expand outreach and further his ideas. Even donors you need to talk to intermittently instead of just going "money pweeeez" unless it's already coming from the adrenochrome suckers in the swamp.

I am buying more and more into the idea that the swamp was willing to let FL go red and just be a place to cage in a bunch of republicans fleeing other states with the realization it makes other states more blue. This gay book tour aside, Desantis only did one or two campaign events last year for candidates, he abandoned Lake (and she's since been pissed at him) and is like Jon Stewart when he used to hide behind "I'm just a comedian!" when going against people who might call him out. "I'm just the governor of Florida! I can't do anything!" We know it's fake and gay but Newsom's attempt to pozz other states with the California mindset has been working more because he actually schmoozes with other blue states and lets frumpy white suburban moms seem him and think maybe they have a chance to jerk him off at a cocktail party.
