If someone's inactive on Twitter for more than a month, they shouldn't count toward your follower number; it's just dishonest, most of the people who followed him because of the trolley problem tweet probably haven't thought about Twitter in years. Although it is hilarious to see the views count against the likes, on his first tweet about all of this, it's a 0.00732% like to view ratio.
Even when he's at maximum victim attention level, Rick's Likeability Quotient is 0.00732%. That does sound about right.
