Two things:

Because it is Sam, I am going to assume that it was just his way of saying "Please don't post obviously inappropriate things" buried within a half-joke. He does this kind of stuff ALL the time. As a bonus he gets to dig at those kinds of people, which I mean just put yourself in his position for a second and imagine some of the fucking fan mail and messages this guy must get and the kind of shit he must see from some of the chuds who follow him. I am honestly surprised he isn't just completely sick and tired of it all by now and just relaxing on a farm somewhere away from the chud static.

If you hit them with overwhelming abuse week one it's easier for them to leave vs 4 or 5 weeks in. This is MDE, half of their schtick is lying and lulling people into a false sense of security.
