edit: it's koikatsu if anybody wants the specific name, usually abbreviated to KK. I see a lot of japanese artists using it to make SFW webtoons, but people also use it to make shitty hentai since it is a porn game first and foremost.

I can't quote you @Larry David's Crypto Fund but Layla seems similar to many popular girl names like Lia/Lea/Leah and so on. All of which appear to have some meaning pertaining to "light" or "darkness". Under normal circumstances I wouldn't think much of this.
