I wonder how drunk and pilled he has to get to just keep the withdrawal symptoms away. Probably noticeably so to the average person, much less judges and court personnel that deal with drunk / high deadbeats all the time. Would be interesting to see what his state of sobriety is in that court room and how it could effect the judges decision.

I hope the judge is still nervous around Ralph after his "You bet you'll see me on Monday." comment from last week. Given how these things go, he'll probably get off with the lightest punishment possible but it is funny to see him sweat bullets

The law happenings on this site over the years has taught me that judges always give retards a seemingly infinite number of second chances. I don't expect much but you never know what'll happen on the killstream.

Depends on how much of an ass he makes of himself. If he has a lot of outbursts and is generally making a nuisance of himself in the courtroom, he could end up in jail real quick depending on the judge. If he keeps himself relatively controlled I suspect the judge would just ignore it to get the case over with.

From what I remember of Vickers twitter ramblings, today is faith's DVRO contempt and there is still a contempt hearing in May for other contempt charges of Vickers DVRO.

Ralph is found guilty. He is fined. Ralph is warned of the repercussions of false witness in court and Ralph backs off those statements and admits he sent the journal and begs the court for leniency. Says it was May's idea to take the hit in fear of losing her Knight in shining armor and he never intended to commit perjury. The Order is revised to be so tight with such repercussions he never mentions her gain. Judge orders May to be also silenced.
Caveat:
If Ralph attempts to standby the lie of May sending the journal, he does go to jail for 5 days. 5 Bar days, for 5 star stays.
