You can't buy debt from a specific person. Typically debt is sold for around ten cents on the dollar. I'd buy the debt of every member of my family and all of my friends then burn it if I could get it. They have it setup in such a way that it's not possible.

You cannot buy a specific credit card debt for exactly the reason mentioned, that is different from individual debts like legal debts of this type. That weird british invasion dude (Oliver?) actually did it for medical debt, so it certainly can be done.

You absolutely can buy individual debts from anyone. You can buy anything from anyone as long as there is an agreed-upon value, what they'd be buying is the judgement and related paperwork authorizing them to pursue in their favor.

Debt is sold in blocks. You could buy the debt of people in your city/county for cheap, but you can't buy the debt of specific people. I'm going to de-shitlord here: I want to do this for my family, for my friends, for other people that I like. FUCK DEBT and (((THEM))). Why should people suffer due to medical debt? Why should they hurt due to a dentist putting a crown in? I'm not a socialist medicine type nigga but fuck why does a GP appt cost 200+ dollars?

That being said I HAVE A STRUCTURED SETTLEMENT AND I NEED CASH NOW!
