NEW YORK — April 24, 2023 — FOX News Media and Tucker Carlson have agreed to part ways. We thank him for his service to the network as a host and prior to that as a contributor.

Mr. Carlson’s last program was Friday April 21st. Fox News Tonight will air live at 8 PM/ET starting this evening as an interim show helmed by rotating FOX News personalities until a new host is named.

FOX News Media operates the FOX News Channel (FNC), FOX Business Network (FBN), FOX News Digital, FOX News Audio, FOX News Books, the direct-to-consumer streaming services FOX Nation and FOX News International and the free ad-supported television service FOX Weather. Currently the number one network in all of cable, FNC has also been the most watched television news channel for more than 21 consecutive years, while FBN ranks among the top business channels on cable. Owned by Fox Corporation, FOX News Media reaches nearly 200 million people each month.

Yeah, Tucker can't reach anyone under the age of 60 on Fox News. Even their youtube clips are embarrassing, always ending with the king of the neocons Sean Hannity telling you to subscribe to the geriatric news network.

This is only a good thing if you support any of his views.
There's OAN and Newsmax to fill the void. While Fox News is still "profitable," it's declining as a mere alternative. How long they could keep that base remains to be seen.

You gotta be really dumb to think Fox News won't survive Post Tucker. They will lose ratings but their Boomer audience still keeps Fox on during the mornings to evenings.

Tucker could just go online and people would watch him. Both parties will be fine.
Boomers are such massive consooomers of Fox that it's likely that they don't remember how to change the channel anymore, especially now that the cable monopoly colluded to cut off OAN. Only drug dealers have a more loyal market.

Does anyone other than boomers watch Fox outside of Tucker? That’s probably their ratings done. Personally find his voice annoying but he’s probably the current most notable Fox commentator export. Whichever group pick him up will probably do well.
No. Boomers also only watch Fox for Tucker. All the other time slots are carried by Tucker viewership

Replacing a popular white goy news anchor speaking his mind (for better or worse) with an opportunistic frequently-mocked kike (who says whatever earns him money) would be peak clown world.
The issue that NJP takes with Tucker is that he keeps the right from getting behind any White issues and keeps them firmly in the "imagine if the races were reversed" zone. On paper, he sounds like a valuable figure for the dissident right. In practice he acts as the right wing bun on the kosher sandwich.

Yeah, Tucker can't reach anyone under the age of 60 on Fox News.
But on the Internet, he probably won't be able to reach people above that age. Y'know, a major chunk of Republican voters?

Now Fox can go back to Forever War cheerleading and corporate ballwashing. That dusty old vampire Murdoch wants his liberal kids and buddies to stop being mean to him.

This is interesting because someone like Ben Shapiro has his own media outlet. But does he have enough money to bring in someone like Tucker? I'd assume Tucker will be commanding top dollar if he's going to work for someone else again.

On the other hand, if he tries to do his own thing, what platform? He obviously can't go to twitch or YouTube because he'll be struck off in minutes. If he tries to make his own site he'll be attacked (technologically) to hell and back.
I highly doubt he would want to work for him. They're not exactly on the same political wavelength and even if they were I'm sure their egos would get in the way of each other.

Man what is it with the last days events? Our mentions page is getting blown up after it had been dormant for days. Is this the start of retard 2023?

In all seriousness Dominion might have demanded an apology from Tucker, Tucker said "Fuck of!" and then got the pink slip. But also to remind you: he will fall softly he hads probably made enough money. And maybe he will now make his own show. Heck maybe he just looked for an out from FOX to do just that

I hope Tucker is able to land on a platform where he can more freely speak his mind. Think of all the things he wasn't allowed to say with the handlers at fox around.

He does a good job at making people seethe, as clearly seen. Fox is gonna tank, and no one will be able to tell what outlet they're watching if you take away the ticker and fancy logos. Down with the cable networks.

Trump is the best man for what needs to be done. He has an axe to grind and knows who dug the knives in his back, and if he gets in he doesn't have to worry about reelection, and doesn't have to worry about the same fuckwits impeding him. He would be in a position to make some actual change. DeSantis is too weak, too inexperienced, and too much a part of the system that needs to be broken.
Like what? Let the Clinton's get away scott free cause "they've been through enough"? If we had another Trump presidency he would continue to fail to do what he promised and blame everyone else for it, and all his followers would agree.
