Actually I'm going to disagree with you here. Bostock didn't scrap the concept of dress codes, but it did say they couldn't discriminate based on sex.
Where Tony usually over extends it is that he says that it's protecting trannies from employment discrimination for the sake of being trannies. It doesn't.
It says that if you permit a woman (female) to wear a skirt, you have to permit a transwoman (male) to wear a skirt because the only difference between them is sex. Gender isn't a protected characteristic, sex is.
Trannies hailed this as a huge win as if it affirmed they get to wear skirts because they're "women", but it really affirmed they get to wear skirts because they're male. And you can't set rules for males that you don't set for females.

Gaptooth's partner Gobbo-BF is still silenced in the house.
Today has been a day of theatrics including them bringing in a 3200 signature petition to allow Gobbo to speak... on a single piece of paper which might've been printed out on one of those old dot matrix printers, it stretched all the way down the hallway and outside.
They ended the day with one of the "anti trans" bills, held a vote to see if Gobbo would be allowed to speak on it, rejected.
Gallery of 100+ immediately start screaming and yelling so the gallery has to be cleared. Speaker orders all house members to the side but Gobbo just ignores that and stands in the middle with a microphone in the air.
Someone in the crowd started throwing red paper (?) into the chamber, I was only able to clip the second throw
Gobbo then continues to chant along with the crowd and essentially make a blatant display that he approves of their actions, this clip is taken after the left side had already been cleared with arrests including someone getting tackled to the ground, in this clip the guy in the tan jacket in roughly the center of the screen nearly leans too far over the balcony whilst being arrested.
Finally they send in the "riot police", at least ones with the big sticks etc, there's 2 particularly angry characters who show up at the end of this clip
Honestly you'd think this would be grounds for even more censure of Gobbo.
Anyway, the bill then passes after it took them 15 minutes to clear the gallery and a further 10-15 minute break to regain full control.

Those clips are hilarious because of the fact that Zach likely sees himself as some kinda retarded Rosa Parks. Between the legislative disruption and the emails they’ve essentially gifted their ideological opponents with something invaluable- every stereotype about troons is on full display and only getting worse the more attention it gets. I thought I saw somewhere that they are done with him for the entire rest of the session absent an apology. He could speak tomorrow if he really wanted to. All he has to do is say sorry for acting like a dick. He won't do it though. He is too caught up in the troon martyr schtick.

And all he had to do to speak before then was apologize for calling them all murderers. I’m positive he could have crafted a nonpology that would have allowed him to speak up on the LGBT bills he’s let go by while he basks in the spotlight.
He couldn’t even eat shit for the constituents he claims to represent, the teenaged suicide attempters. He’d rather they die than swallow his pride so he can speak on their behalf. Most of the other representatives probably have children and can’t imagine putting their pride before their kids, and Zach doesn’t realize how transparent he is to those people he’s lecturing. Like, “these kids depend on me for life or death situations but I refuse to apologize so that I may continue advocating for them. I’ll make a scene during business hours and then go on a media tour while they pass the bills killing my people.”

I don't really see how Zack's constituents are losing out by him being unable to speak on the floor. More time for constituent service rather than giving incoherent speeches to a Republican supermajority that's not listening.

Some of you guys are thinking that Erin will be upset that Zooey is getting so much attention, but I don't think so: Erin Reed knows he can mooch popularity from Zooey. "My girlfriend (who both of us are LESBIANS TRANS) is a freedom fighter!" is a great way to get bonus points. Hell, Aaron lets Zach do all the hard work or being embarrassed by the public and Aaron gets to reap the news and benefits without sacrificing a job like Zach's doing.

Why apologize when you can play the martyr endlessly? Let's not pretend that "Zooey" isn't loving every second of this. He'll pretend to be indignant and angry, but he's not doing a good job of pretending not to be thrilled at the chance to be the center of everyone's attention and play Martyr For The Cause.
I'm thinking this disciplinary action could end up having real teeth - 100 people screaming insults (and probably death threats, knowing trannies) and throwing shit at lawmakers will not be taken lightly by anyone with actual sense, and "Zooey" has tripled down on supporting these "protestors" (aka violent manchildren). Is there a way for them to force Zooey out of office? It would be a blast to watch that happen - and see how fast Tony ditches him once the news cycle changes after.
Unrelated to the above: Anyone else instinctively pronounce "Zooey" in their heads like "Zoo-Eee"? Like... this close to the way people call pigs with "suey"? Because that's the only way my brain can figure how to pronounce that name.

The Montana House can expel a member by a two-thirds vote. Amusingly, the Republicans have one more seat than necessary: 68.
The drag bill that Zack gave an impassioned speech about how drag shows queer people survived the attempts to kill hem two months ago has twice now gotten up to 67 votes in that same House including on Monday. (I imagine the Republican guy voting against them would not be a vote to expel.)

I'm so torn because on the one hand, I really want to see a tranny actually face some consequences for their abysmal behavior and this would be a great example-setter that you can't just support screaming at and hurling things at (aka assaulting) people because they don't agree with you and walk away unscathed, but on the other hand, the deafening screams of "TRANNY GENOCIIIIIIDE" that would follow might burst my poor eardrums.
