With how invested and on top of the promotions Keem seems to be, I'm sure he's addressed this with Boogie already.
That being said, this has to be Wings and Boogie's last chance with him, if either back out because of "reasons", I see KeemStar going full nuclear on them for wasting his fucking time. That actually would be more entertaining than the fight itself.
IMO Keem honestly sees this more as charity. I don't think he sees this making him that much profit. He seems to genuinely likes Richard and Boogie and goes quite a ways back with Wings. Part of him may even feel a bit bad that he's doing SO much better than Wings when they started at the same spot years ago.
Also he hates fuckin DSP who is arguably worse (he's a worse grifter with a gambling addiction) than either Boogie or Richard and wants to see it succeed on that alone.
Side note--on one of his streams Richard mentioned that unlike Boogie he doesn't have an actual sparring partner.
This might be one of the only advantages I see that Boogie has...if he is even using the sparring partner.

On the topic of Wings vs Boogie though: Wings seems like an actual tard. He does dumb shit because he's that stupid (and I think he's said his IQ is in the 70s-80s or something) but he's not malevolent. He seems to at least be putting some effort into training, and I'm kinda hoping this is a comeback for him.
Boogie on the other hand manipulates as much as he possibly can to get what he wants. He is fat, lazy and likely used to only be slightly below average IQ, but his brain has been so rotted from his consooming and diet that he is functionally retarded.
I hope Boogie doesn't back down, I really feel like Wings needs a win in his life.
I think, assuming the match happens at this point, Boogie hits the mat after the first punch or two, initially plays it off that it was intended and always his plan to walk into the ring and lay down, then spends the next 5 years passive-aggressively seething at Wings and Keemstar and anyone else involved in encouraging him. I just don't see him having a chance against Wings. I doubt Boogie has taken a punch in his life, and his friends are definitely not going to prep him properly.

-Wings once had his reputation ruined over leaked DMs where he tried to fix a video game match.
-According to Frank, Boogie tried to make an arrangement with him before the Killstream podcast and manufacture a scripted meltdown.
He has nothing to gain from talking to Boogie in DMs.

Imagine having two friends who are constantly complaining about money and weight and no matter how much they gain or lose of either of those things they're always unhappy and raging. Imagine genuinely feeling something for these pathetic man children but knowing any open charity you present them will just prolong their misery and be wasted.
So you come up with a plan; a way to make them both a bit of money AND encourage them to become more active. It's perfect! They don't have to lose a ton of weight and they won't make millions, but it'll give them a tangible goal, get them off twitter for a few hours and maybe really help them finally turn things around.

I can certainly see Boogie taking a hit or even just making an attempt to box having him land on his ass and milking that content forever while seething like you mentioned. This might even be his course of action is to get hurt and make it seem like it was a near death experience and hes ruined for life. Also hell blame whatever injury he gets for just getting fatter. Point blank is Boogie is putting no effort into the fight and as things draw closer and things are getting more attention hes going to have to actually step up for face some serious shit (hopefully).
As for Boogie sending Wings DMs thats just the norm for Boogie to try to bombard whoever with endless messages trying to make them feel sorry or just to ease on up so Boogie gets his way. Not replying is the best thing you can do. Im sure hes attempting to get someone to fix the fight or rig it in some case so Boogie wont have to work up a sweat and get paid doing the least amount of work possible.
Speaking of Frank Hassle, I'll be pretty disappointed if he doesn't walk out with Wings down to the ring, with a GoPro insulin pump strapped around his head.

He seems to have deleted most of his uploads, though I must confess I was fortunate enough to not see his channel page until now. His latest video is from October 2022 where he claims he's still making 5 figures and that he's getting money from the tiktok creator fund. Has he ever mentioned that before? Did he have enough of a following to even get money? The rest of the vids are from 2021; one being him putting down the haters with a fake smile as he seethes about how something he said was joke, another being the runiggerus incident and the third him making a quirky bell sound like the teenage girl he is.
Also, yt-dlp saving the day by downloading a tiktok vid.
So not only has Clum wrangled Boogie's twitter, and cleansed (mildly, still not enough) his youtube channel, he also wiped his tiktok. I wonder what Clum did / asked Boogie to do with his seeking profile. And did he have an onlyfans simp account? Ie an account he used to simp for thots and not the one that he posted his own stuff to? I'm sure those have been sanitized as well.
