Nothing to do with Rubin. This is the civil claim from the man who now wishes to go by the name is Stephanie Hayden.
Last May he began ranting about me to GB News. Claiming that they shouldn’t platform me because of the injunction he lied to a court to obtain.
He was at great pains to point out that unlike me, a judge had never condemned him
Except for when they were sentencing him to prison for fraud, or sentencing for violent assault or ordering him to sign the sex offenders register for 5 years after he sexually assaulted a teenage boy,
I pointed that out and now he’s suing me for misuse of private information.
He’s also claiming that my MO is issuing wasteful litigation, that issuing lawsuits is part of my day to day activity and that I rather enjoy the elevated profile that being sued by him for 4 years gives me.
So I am defending that claim and counter suing him.

Tell them to charge you or fuck off. "Voluntary interviews" are what police ask for when they have nothing and hope you might run your mouth and build a case for them.
You can be sued for literally anything. I could sue you right now because I don't like your haircut. It's part of our right to petition. Just because they can't win doesn't mean they can't still sue you and fuck with your time and finances.

Too right. @Caroline Farrow Unless they come at you with an arrest, they can ask until they're red in the face, but they can't compel you to do anything. Tell them no. Don't let them trick you into talking to them. Once they have you in an interview room, they will use every single trick and lie and pressure tactic to get what they want out of you

Tempting though it may be to tell the plod to fuck off, you're likely uncomfortable doing that. Referring them to your solicitor has the same effect without the side effects of constantly being pulled over because "your tail light is out."
It also adds an extra layer of record keeping to the mix.

Update: the police want to interview me about 4 new crimes committed by me on Twitter after my arrest.
Hayden has made 4 new statements to them.
They are worried about his safety after I tweeted a lot about it this morning and so if I do not go for interview on Thursday morning, they will come and arrest me.

If you don't turn up, they have ways of fucking you around. Including visiting your place of work, or neighbors (to investigate you understand). If they think they can get it on to the crime stats as a clearance they'll probably arrest you. Good luck getting any solictor worth a fuck to come in at short notice. You'll be stuck with the duty solicitor who's looking for a flat fee, and who will advise you to make a statement even if it's against your best interests.

The only reason they do shit like this is because they think they're dealing with an amicable law-abiding retard who can potentially be goaded into giving a side of the story they can twist into charges. They'll lose interest pretty quickly if you refuse to speak to them or entertain their bullshit.
You don't need a solicitor before you're charged if you just keep your mouth shut for 24 hours.

I feel confident in saying these accounts are his because the join date lines up with when Caroline got him suspended. As for why thet are inactive, I can only guess.
