Jackie Singh / Jacqueline Singh / Jacqueline Anne Stokes / Jax / @find_evil / HackingButLegal / @HackingButLegal / piggytomlinson - Cybersecurity "expert," wannabe journoscum, former "hacker"; gunt guards Patrick Tomlinson, currently picking a fight with ONA Forums, GNAA Groupie

I hope he sues, we can always do with another lolsuit.
Her claims ATM has inferences stacked on inferences. While hearsay is a KIND of evidence, Lionel Hutz was not meant to be a roll model Jackie.

The fun part will be if he names the husband for the purpose of damages.

Even more fun would be him going after them in NY and them asking for a dismissal due to jurisdiction and then finding out the tax paperwork shows there was jurisdiction. A fine felony right there.

And the "read about the 1A" seems to not understand the internet is a GLOBAL network and the standing to go after her in Sweden. Posting shit to Twatter doesn't seem like it "is a redress of grievances to the government" what with the head Twat being a private citizen with 100% ownership and all. Rather sure having placed the 'crime reporting grievance' behind a pay wall isn't what the Constitution intended.

I now await the recorded calls from "defenders of Jackie" harassing this dude and his family. "Gee your Honor. The caller self IDed as a follower of Jackie. She'd have to prove posting this to social media wasn't an attempt to rile up a hate mob to attack others."

A simple Google translate search shows that 'Dushatar' is, in addition to being a hyper-nerdy LOTRO reference, also a Hindi word meaning 'vicious'. How many innocent Indian gamers - her fellow con-ethnics even! - will this ignorant, Americanized Pajeetess accuse of being international cybercriminal atalker childs?
I'm reminded of the Indian kid in Spellbound, whose dad had him learning like a dozen lauguages just to be better at spelling bees. Then he got confronted deep in the competition with an Indian-origin word and the kid looked terrified, they clearly had not thought of the possibility of an Indian word - one from their own dialect even! - showing up. He got it right in the end but it was pretty funny.

Establishes the crime of doxing of an individual.

New York really doesn't like doxing.

The sentence for an A misdemeanor in New York can include up to one year in jail, a fine of up to $1,000, probation for two or three years, and/or a conditional discharge which can include the requirement to abide by certain conditions such as an Order of Protection or not being re-arrested.

She needs to get hit by the law and permabanned from twitter/any social media, shes an actually dangerous person who will bulldoze throught anyone she targets with her insanely stupid investigations.
She will do this again, not even out of malice, but because shes so fucking dumb she thinks her hacker skills are good and the swedish guy is actually guilty.
The next rando she finds surely will be guilty too, probably by some research equally as stupid, because she sees herself as the next Sherlock Holmes but i truly think shes dumber than Pat, literally bottom one in a million people in intelligence

Err what is the state STATUTE? A proposed bill isn't worth much. Citing that isn't legally helpful. Other than *TO* Jackie by moving the eyes from the prize.

I'm just stating that the State doesn't doxing, keep up. Hell, The shithole already has 11 states that have made doxing illegal for certain citizens.

This bitch is as evil as she is stupid. Also, Doxing is wrong guys! Group Harassment is wrong guys! Except when we do it, of course.

This poor bastard didn’t even do anything except have a LOTR username. He’s never interacted with her. Jackie, Fatrick, and Shane Nokes all earned their threads with aggressive stupidity and attention-seeking.

'Bout as helpful as Jackie then.

Be better than pulling a Nokes.
Better than a person who has Shane's level of reading comprehension.

I'm amazed she hasn't linked all of the accounts on Youtube yet.

While it is possible Jackie got it right the odds are not in her favor.

Hope the target is as innocent as they claim for the best milk with the side of salt.

Jackie might just get her online fame as the example of what not to do. With a past as noted here https://twitter.com/illm0b/status/1331800801350705152 the odds of this blowing up in her face increases.

A state expresses its wishes by the actual statutes.

What you have claimed is just not true - if you wanted it to be true you'd cite caselaw and statutes.

Try again fren.
Dude, I stated that the State doesn't like doxing. How hard is that to understand? You really are as stupid as Shane.

Didn't pass.

And you keep Nokesing. The state expresses what it 'doesn't like' via statues and refined with caselaw.

You didn't provide caselaw. Or a statute. You Nokes your claim and bring Shame.

Sounds interesting. I only know of the 1945 movie by that name. That's the documentary right?|

I didn't even bother to try. I just stated that the State doesn't like doxing with proof the State doesn't like. Did I say that I was tying to cite case law?
Didn't pass.
I know, but New York still doesn't like the idea of doxing. If it was a certain type of citizen like police officers or medical workers like other States. it would have had a better chance of going through. But they made it too broad.

Jackie has the guy bang to rights. What are the odds that TWO people would have read the Lord of the Rings? And clearly serial, professional criminals would use the same username on Reddit that they do for their illegal activity. Sherlock Holmes himself couldn't have made such a master deduction. Checkmate, stalker.
