Yeah this is the issue. From Pat's POV, you could easily argue it's a brotherman doing a bit- all the info Torswats has shared is knowledge we already have (his address, his name, his number). What is needed is a smoking gun- the Gemini account is sus, but God forbid FBI look into that, eh? If only Torswats had recorded his calls with clients for future blackmailing purposes. Having an audio log of Patrick ordering the SWATs would be fucking golden.
