I don't get all the people saying Vance or anyone else should go confront Jon man to man. Did you guys not see the 5+ hour fight (that was still simmering this morning) over Simmons not wanting Jon to play pretend as Andrew Tate? How do you think a confrontation with Jon over him being a loud annoying retard is going to go? You can't even get Jon to make a concession as small as not playing pretend as a member of the Tate brood without it seeming like a personal slight to Jon. Why do you think Vance or anyone else would want to tell Jon to his face that he's an annoying retard that never knows what he's talking about and ruins almost every conversation he tries to join?
One of the big reasons life is so hard for autistic people is that everyone hates being around them due to the way they act, and the autists make it really annoying to talk to them about how they are being annoying because they're not self-aware enough to change in the moment. Nobody in the house likes Jon, he doesn't know why, and he literally can't change the way he is to be normal. It's sort of a running tradgedy in the show that Jon has mentioned a few times in private conversations that he has trouble making friends, while he is slowly driving the rest of the cast to hate him while not realizing what he's doing in the slightest, and trying to be cool and outgoing like the cool people he sees on TV/Youtube.
