I'm guessing this is going the same way like that mysterious detective/officer or whoever it was he spoke to when his "identity was stolen" during the bank leaks saga.

He's most likely lying, and is just trying to appear like he's doing something to get to the bottom of this, when in reality he isn't, because he can't do anything, like the lazy fucking bum he is.

Has anyone found a video on his channel that says "unavailable due to a copyright claim by ___" yet?

I went through the Level 1 Podcast playlist, and the missing videos are all deleted. I tried searching on pigpiggo and clicking on all the level 1 podcast episodes (use common keyword like this) and they all say deleted. Although I was sloppily doing it, so I may have missed some.
Assuming that he did actually get copyright strikes (he said 2 in the video). If you delete a video with a copyright strike, you can't counter it. Last year when he got copyright strikes, he did delete some videos, but there were still some level 1 podcast videos that said "unavailable due to a copyright claim by Rae Collins".
So if he is telling the truth, we should be able to find at least 1 video that says "unavailable due to a copyright claim by..."

You can't counter it through youtube's UI. You can still send a legal counter notification via Email or an actual letter.

In any case, DSP is probably too stupid to realize that he's (at first blush) basically conceding the strike by deleting the videos.

he said he got 2 separate strikes and deleted a years worth of prestreams? either the person striking his shit was lazy or they weren't for music because he used that intro in way more than 2 videos

hating twitch has been memory holed. twitch is the future, no one does more for content creators, despite streamers leaving twitch over money and contract bs. but hey if he's all aboard the twitch train then i hope some good samaritan will share his unhinged twitch rant after he got departnered with the folks over at twitch. maybe we'll get a rant about how they wont partner him or give him affiliate.

As far as I see it, nothing major will come of this.
If by a slim chance he really will lose his main channel, he will simply stream on KOGayming or his Ree-Ackts channel.
Only difference being that we will hear how trolls ruined his visibility on YT every prestream for the next 3-4 years.

And this isn't even his first time playing the game. I don't know how he forgets a game he was playing less than a year ago but somehow he managed and just demands his hand held through it all.

Phil's incredible lack of awareness for why he is a shitty streamer never fails to amaze me. I'm guessing all the deaths he had his first run even with the bullshit cheesing he did really shook his ego.

It's easy to forget a game when all you were doing the first time was following a guide to the most broken shit you can get.

It isn't YouTube's job to manage copyright strikes, not is it anyone else's. No matter where you go or what you do, there won't be anyone that will go out of their way to investigate copyright takedown requests the way he wants. Also fuck off acting like you give any fucks about the fuckhead who impersonated you to take down "trolls", you were completely willing to sit by and do fuck all every other time it happened, you only pretended to do something this time because they actively contacted you, you disingenuous sack of shit.

It won't be just about where he streams from for him. He'd never admit it but he doe make quite a bit of money from his old content. If he were to lose his channel, he'd lose that easy money and the dents would need to give even more just to make the difference.
