I still can't wrap my head around how many pedophiles there are in the world.
Like, it's crazy. I grew up thinking it was some massively rare thing like 1 in a 1,000,000 but now it seems like there are pedophiles pretty much everywhere. Especially at the higher levels of society where you never think it would be common what with the access to high quality women that rich and powerful men have.
It's just crazy. You have Cindy Crawford in your bed but you go lusting after fucking Punky Brewster, who has neither tits nor ass. (yah I'm an old fuck and these are my references) It just don't make sense.
Maybe our society does need to burn...something's really rotten at the core if the so called "best of us" are nothing more then sick fucks chasing per-pubescent pussy.

There's many aspects to it, one part is a display of getting away with what the common man can't. Same way a politician will ban prostitution and hire prostitutes in the same breath.
Not only power/getting away with forbidden acts, it's also about corruption. Seeing something that no one else has and getting away with it. There's also an adrenaline element to requiring more and more daring risks these kind of people have.
Some rich people think they own the world, and nothing applies to them. Being "god" of sorts, and the mistake being made is thinking "they're our best." The fact people think this and many believe morality to be subjective hints at most of societies short comings (worldwide) on these concepts.
Another aspect is some imitate the top hoping to become the top elites, just like your common everyday communist. They commit crimes because you can't, they steal because you can't, they rape young children because you would be bashed and beat down and murdered by many. There's also the concept of unspoken occurrences, such as parents who sell their children for sex to these people disregarding their morality, and these people love watching it, degradation and decadence.
In regards to the grooming concept, children are also easier to force submission while adults aren't, and living to the groomer label makes them easier sex slaves long term. Molded to what the rich and the vile people who do this see fit.
When people call them evil, you can think of it more like a malicious mind set, no supernatural action required. Also the reason pedophiles are everywhere is one concept that some think it may be genetically passed "apple doesn't fall far from the tree" mentality. Knew a guy I used to message whose father was a pedophile and he kept himself away from small children because he felt urges and finally had himself committed. He said the urges didn't come until later in life as if one day they just developed out of nothing, and since there are so many pedophiles I wouldn't be surprised if passing such a kink or development is possible and widespread because of how common it is. It's very common outside the first world especially. Not saying sins of the father is correct, merely maybe the sons and daughters of pedophiles have a heavier predisposition to such acts. Lest I forget the abused becomes the abuser occurrence that is quite common.

Boomers didn't really raise the kids they shat out. A lot of them were given a house key, came home from school to an empty house, and ate whatever dinner that came out of a crockpot before going to bed. My mom talks about eating leftovers for *weeks* because her mother would batch cook a bunch of stuff and then not cook again until the fridge was empty unless she went over to her grandparents.
