Different state, different rate. The California system has a rate whereby a child costs around $1000 a month to care for - but they then balance the cost based on the relative level of earnings. So in effect, you're paying at most $1000 a month, but likely less. Faith really should be getting about $1000, but obviously an agreement in court can be whatever they want.

New York seems to be based on the number of children, and pre-tax earnings. It's a flat rate.

But yeah, will he pay? It's hard to say, he doesn't have a spire quest for Rozy yet so we shall see.

Not a house but I'm not convinced that this isn't a way to scam Harry out of money, whether it's something as small and basic as clothes, toys, a car seat/stroller, etc. for the baby or something much bigger and worse, only to then bolt back to Ralph and laugh about how they pulled one over on him.
