WI has a bunch of pre-made forms for proposed orders in Chapter 128 cases so we have a pretty good idea of what that filing looks like

TLDR: They're asking the judge to approve the trustee they chose, and to instruct creditors to stop collection attempts. I suppose their lawyer could have deviated from this form and ask for something else but we won't know until Dan someone buys and publishes the court documents.

The fact that it says "creditors" in the title doesn't necessarily mean there are multiple since it's the wording on the form.

edit: wait the judge adopted the order today, and there's a call in July

So is it Patrick requesting this? This is said to be a less complicated form of resolving debts without bankruptcy. I bet he immediately defaults on it while continuing to claim to owe nothing. In theory he's supposed to pay his debts in their entirety within three years.

if anyone's wondering what's happening on the forum, it's mostly trashing dan for being retarded and a little jackie/pat talk. pat supposedly owes creditors and the guy jackie accused of being torswats may have retained legal counsel

oh and admin will probably open the forum up again soonish but taking the opportunity to tune the forum and do some needed maintenance

I was more pointing out the fact that he always capitalizes the 2 Ts, he's the only person I have seen do that. I get that is a revelatively new term. Every time I see him do that, I imagine him yelling the Ts.

I don't think the number of t's is the issue, it's his stubbornly fat insistence on capitalizing the second t.
