Seriously Tommy, you do know that this thread isn't going anywhere, right? You also realize that the police and attorneys are ultimately unable to force the farms to take down this thread correct? Now in light of this, why don't you just walk away? Or, because you seem to like the attention you receive here perhaps you should just admit it and mellow out?

I hung out at home, brewed some sun tea, did some cleaning and relaxed.

For reals. Tommy could enlighten us on what a really kind hippie brother or sister is supposed to be like, according to the sacred Rainbow Family lore. I'm sure we're just dying to know.

I was laid up today (note that "up"), but I read, and chatted with some guy about the silly typo on a jewelry website that promised a pendant would come with a "black chord." We decided that would be the "Devil's Interval," a root and flatted fifth. Perhaps our resident musician friend could weigh in on the matter!

Helped one of my kids buy their first house and had another of my kids and my grandchild over for dinner. Plus the boring, routine stuff like laundry and cleaning.

He could, but he won't. I mean, you completely described it. You play a note and then play the flatted fifth of that note. It's historically sent a sense of dread through people who have listened to music involving that interval, so it was considered heretical. It's due to an unresolved combination of notes, like a minor chord (or a minor key) that leads to the melancholy or dread of the piece. Same applies to anything dissonant, like a lot of Mahler's works.
