Transgender swimmer Lia Thomas hit back at women who don't want her to compete in women's sports, claiming they were too scared to 'fully manifest' their 'implicit bias' and play it off as half-support.

The former University of Pennsylvania athlete joined the first NCAA transgender swimmer Schuyler Bailar on his podcast 'Dear Schuyler' Monday to discuss the division over whether or not trans-female athletes should be on women's sports teams.

Thomas, who was widely criticized throughout the swim season, has called her former teammates and critics fake feminists who are pushing transphobic values under the disguise that they are 'supporting women.'

'They're like: "Oh, we respect Lia as a woman, as a trans woman, whatever, we respect her identity, we just don't think it's fair."

'You can't really have that half support. Like I respect you as a woman here, but not here,' the NCAA gold medalist said on a promotional clip for the podcast, posted to Instagram.

'They're using the guise of feminism to sort of push transphobic beliefs. I think a lot of people in that camp sort of carry an implicit bias against trans people, but don’t want to, I guess, fully manifest or speak that out. And so they try to just play it off as this sort of half-support.

'You can't do that you can't sort of break down me as a person into little pieces.'

Bailar agreed with the controversial athlete, saying: 'They're coming from...this whole protect "protect women's sports," [which] has become a very big movement and that they do it under the guise of feminism. "Oh, we're just feminists, we're just fighting for women," and whenever anybody says that I'm always [like]: 'Okay, you're fighting for women by excluding women so that's not fighting for women.'

The athletes discussed how black women faced the same criticism that transgender women now face, saying that people 'don't want a woman who doesn't look like you perhaps or who isn't fitting your version of womanhood to win.'

Bailar went on to say that feminism has become 'twisted' and 'turned into excluding women' and reduced them to 'reproductive capacity.'

'At the end of the day, everybody's trying to - under a true feminist - is everybody trying to come together to sort of break down these patriarchal ideals of what a woman is and who can be a woman and sort of open that up to to the very broad range of possibilities that there are,' Thomas said.

Thomas' own teammates' parents wrote a letter in December to NCAA, demanding it change the rules that permitted the young transgender athlete to compete, declaring 'at stake here is the integrity of women's sports.'

'At stake here is the integrity of women's sports,' they wrote in the letter obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com. 'The precedent being set – one in which women do not have a protected and equitable space to compete – is a direct threat to female athletes in every sport. What are the boundaries? How is this in line with the NCAA's commitment to providing a fair environment for student-athletes?

'It is the responsibility of the NCAA to address the matter with an official statement,' the parents continue. 'As the governing body, it is unfair and irresponsible to leave the onus on Lia, Lia's teammates, Lia's coaches, UPenn athletics and the Ivy League. And it is unfair and irresponsible to Lia to allow the media to dictate the narrative without the participation of the NCAA.'

One of Thomas' biggest critics is former University of Kentucky swimmer Riley Gaines recently asked for fellow competitor if it broke her heart to see women lose opportunities to transgender women.

'Lia Thomas [was] quoted saying, you know, "It breaks my heart to see trans kids lose out on opportunities." Replace that with word woman -- does it still break Thomas's heart to see women lose out on opportunities?' Gaines rhetorically asked on Piers Morgan Uncensored.

Earlier this month, Gaines also called Thomas 'selfish and said she had showed 'utter disregard for women' after the transgender swimmer, who competed as a male for three years, begged President Joe Biden to protect trans-athletes in sports.

Gaines tweeted: 'This take is selfish and shows an utter disregard for women. The Biden Administration is actively and aggressively working to pass laws that erase decent and fair treatment for women in sports.'

Gaines was left disgruntled after Thomas appeared in a video slamming Biden's proposal to alter the current Title IX civil rights law, which prohibits sex-based discrimination in schools.

She said trans athletes should be allowed to compete in school contests without exception.

Biden's planned change prohibits schools from imposing blanket banks on trans athletes in kindergarten through eighth grade.

In the roughly 90-second clip, Thomas says that the administration's rule doesn't go far enough in its protection of transgender athletes.

The bill, which is an amendment to Title IX - the federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex - would prohibit states from enacting blanket bans on transgender athletes competing against their non-biological sex in grades K-8.

It would not, however, prevent those sorts of bans against older trans athletes who are in high school and college.

Thomas, who competed for the University of Pennsylvania men's swim team before beginning her transition and making an entrance into the girl' locker rooms, says in the video that protections against trans athletes should extend beyond middle school.

Thomas said the proposed rule is a 'good start' but is 'not enough.'

'This rule is a good start. However, it is not enough. During this time of intense anti-trans backlash, the trans community needs explicit protections from discrimination in order to live our lives freely and equally,' said Thomas.

'All trans kids deserve the opportunity to compete and play in the sports they love without compromising who they are.'

The national swimming champ, who sported a tank top that read 'trans athletes belong in sports' in the video, encourages others to urge the Biden administration to amend the rule to include all transgender athletes, no matter their age.

I can see where you're coming from, but I think it'd be better if they stand there for all time as a monument to what happens when you allow the most insane among us to dictate the conversation.
"Woke mind virus of the 21st century that almost destroyed the West" should be a subject taught to all future generations no matter where they live so they will never, ever repeat this idiotic mistake again.

His whining without all the word salad can simply summarized as "These women aren't being handmaideny enough!"
What an entitled cunt.

'At the end of the day, everybody's trying to - under a true feminist - is everybody trying to come together to sort of break down these patriarchal ideals of what a woman is and who can be a woman and sort of open that up to to the very broad range of possibilities that there are,' Thomas said.
An autogynephilic man wanting to explain what a woman is, how rich. What's next a substance abuser trying to explain what an addiction is?

Of course they "don't want to fully manifest or speak out" you faggot.

If they dare to speak out and say the truth; that your a mediocre male who took advantage of the current social trend to boost your career at their expense. That your not a woman, you'll never be a woman and you'll probably go back to being male once you've milked all you can out of your swimming "career" they'll lose their scholarships, be expelled from their schools and get blacklisted by the tranny mob forever more.
Case in point, this is what happened to swimmer Riley Gaines when she spoke out about troons in womens' sports. A mob of demented sickos tried to assault her at a college speech. She had to escape to a safe room to seek shelter, while these animals trapped her inside and were howling for her blood.

This happened only three weeks ago. You motherfucker.

I don't understand how this asshole can look in the mirror and live with himself. It would be like me, a 6' 190lb fit male getting into the boxing ring with some 5'3" woman and then celebrating when I knock her out cold at the beginning of round 1.

This Thomas is one sick, cowardly, morally bankrupt son of a bitch.

'They're like: "Oh, we respect Lia as a woman, as a trans woman, whatever, we respect her identity, we just don't think it's fair."

They have to say that to protect themselves. Believe me (what's this guy's deadname?) they all think you are creepy. But the most speaking out they can do is say it's unfair. They don't think you are a woman. They just don't have much choice other than to say you are a woman.

Typical manrage complicated by using the wrong hormones and cutting your dick off. So ladylike.

Doesn’t matter, and I believe you. I think I heard he or his boyfriend actually had them removed.

What I mean is, if you don’t feel the need to cut the dick off, then it wasn’t dysmorphia, it was autogynophilia.
Pics or it didn't happen.
Makes it a bit hilarious since men are so used to having to stay out of these debates, due to almost always having all their concerns dismissed, that it's entirely on women to actually have anything done about trannies getting up in their faces.
The really hilarious part is men as a whole shutting up in this debate because they were told to shut up every other time. It's not like women are going to use any theoretical pushback on troons entering their spaces as a chance to realize men deserve their own spaces as well, so why should men care? Chivalry is dead after all and all that's left is cutthroat self-interest.

They have to say that to protect themselves.
They aren't protecting themselves-- they're just being perfectly half-assed, to the benefit of nobody and nothing.

If they can't deny that he has no right to compete with women because he's not a woman, then they have no right to even object to his being there. They're just bolstering the ideology that he uses to justify his being there while maligning themselves and everyone that agrees with them as needlessly mean-spirited as opposed to reasoning from principle. They will be looked at just as poorly as they would have if they just said that he would never be a real woman-- and perhaps they'll be looked at even worse, if their lack of firmness is interpreted as cattiness.

To the credit of those women opposing these kinds of shenanigans, I've started to see more unequivocality about this matter. But this isn't one of those cases-- they're just being mealy-mouthed, and Thomas is right when he calls them out for it.

B-b-but feminism is for everyone, not just women!
literally in the goddamn fucking name yet they insist otherwise

please understand
she is a poor woman too fragile to stand up for herself but stunning and brave for speaking slight resistance

"No uterus, no opinion... except when I decide to have the baby, then your wallet is my wallet!"

Men were never asked if they were fine with female journalists in their male lockers because women assume men don't feel uncomfortable with stranger women looking at them semi-naked. For some reason, this is not rape.

Fixed for you.

"If black women are women, than I can be one too!"
"Black women were oppressed and now I'm oppressed! This is the same thing!"
Fuck, I hate it when these bitches ride behind minorities. Anybody remember when trannies were mass enslaved? Yeah, I thought so.
I like how the gender cult will deny that sexual dimorphism is a thing, and then turn around to veheminently insist that you "can't ignore racial differences". Despite the fact that I've got a greater biological difference from someone with a cock than say some other woman with a different skin color and facial features.
PS: Black people don't really like you troons. You're held up by self-hating saltines, and you know it.

Is that you Fallon Fox? (At least Lia Thomas did not pick a name that directly relates to dicks like Phallus Cox over there)

[Fallon Fox is a MtF MMA fighter who fractured the skull of a female fighter. He is very happy about beating up women]

Didn't he have a prior for a domestic before transitioning, or am I misremembering? Considering his attitude about the whole thing its entirely plausible.

And that wasn't just some no-name he fucked up but Ronda Rousey herself, and in less than thirty seconds.
