Has Baked livestreamed or anything at all since he's been out? Is he on any type of release conditions? I find it weird that an attention addict such as him would lay low if he isn't

Probably because they're not on probation or "conditional release" or whatever the Feds call it. If Baked catches another charge, he's going back to the pokey. He doesn't give a fuck about Smiley. He's just trying to cover his own ass. He knew about it beforehand just like the rest of them.

With the Charlottesville torch carriers being indicted and some denied bail, does this mean Baked is off to the big house again? I can’t remember if he carried a torch or not but he definitely live-streamed himself at the rally. Maybe his fed connections will get him off the hook but it’s looking bad YOBA bros, he still has the macing sentence to serve and with this potentially on top of it, it’s looking like the Year of Jailed Alaska.
