Accusing someone of a criminal act is per-se defamation, so no losses have to be proven, only that the accusation has been made to the public because you're accusing them of being a criminal. AND, given Witty Widow's occupation, it would behoove her to actually file this case because she, of all people, should not be making false reports.

Witty Widow, if she did not make the CPS report, has a slam dunk defamation case against the dumbo duo. FCM is Family Case Manager AND it looks like this does NOT say the case is closed, it's advisement that the case has been initiated. ALSO, how fucked up are these people if they have a case from Monday and from Friday of last week?
